Second time I’ve encountered nasty, rude employees. Am older man working in the bicycle section marched over to me and my 3 year old when we were looking at bicycles (which my son was so excited about) after my son got off one of the tiny bikes and it tipped over. I was crouching down on the floor and picking it up as he grabbed the bike and rudely said “are you gonna buy that?” I said “we’re just looking”. He said “well it fell over and I can’t have it get scratched or we can’t sell it”. Again in a very nasty tone. Completely annoyed by me and my son. I said “wow, I was picking it up and he’s 3 years old it tipped over for 2 seconds”. He said he was just asking if we need help and I said no you didn’t ask if we need help. You marched over here annoyed as if we were destroying the place. He was muttering under his breath as we walked away. So we not only didn’t get a bike but my son was upset that I made him leave the section. I wasn’t gonna stand there with some nasty guy hawking over us. So incredibly rude and guess what; we didn’t end up buying anything because of his terrible attitude. Makes me never want to go back...

My mother decided that she wasn’t going to buy it if it was at that price. She thought she could get it honored for $399 because it’s the store’s fault for having the wrong pricing. She found a man named Ray who usually works in the stocking department, he was the nicest employees we’ve ever met. He thought unlike the first two employees that, yes we should get the price honored because the customer should always leave the store happy. He took us to another employee named Mike, he thought the same and they just needed manager approval. They got manager approval and we got the kayak for $399 (not including tax). Both Ray and Mike made our days 50x better due to their amazing customer service, and now we have a two person kayak thanks to them! We will now always go to Dick’s Sporting Goods thanks to them! Read moreI visited here to feel and compare among ear warmers because their website showed 73 kinds of products in the specific store. It is a huge store with no sign of categories. When I asked a white shirt manager where I can find them, he said that nothing is left because all are sold out and stolen since their store is huge and the item is small. When I showed him what I am looking for is “6 left” in webpage, he searched the SKU in his device and told me that their website is not 100% updated. Then he pointed my jacket and told me “people steal items in their jackets.” I was offended but I just asked the ear warmer section and I found that they really don’t have one.
