Terrible experience we drove a long distance for my daughter to shop there. She bought a bunch of clothes and a few days later when we washed and she was going to wear them, we noticed the security tags were not removed. We contacted the store spoke to the manager and told her And she said there is nothing they can do without the receipt. Since my daughter tried the clothes on there she threw the receipt out when she got home. I explained. I asked if they could check back on the logs for the sales. I gave her the exact time and day we were there and she said no. I reached out to corporate and have had no response. We don’t live near the store, but the manager said even if we made the trip in, she would not remove the sentence for Us. Very surprised the store was not willing to check inventory or sales that day to help us out. my daughter was very excited to make the drive to Shop here. It’s definitely an experience.
