NEVER order from this location. My friends and I ordered 2 pizzas and a couple wings on a Wednesday night around 7:30pm. Off the bat the minimum delivery time is 70 min. We call to verify thats correct and they told us their was only one driver. Delivery time estimated was 9:15pm. We decided to wait. Around 9:09 I got a notification that they are now leaving the store. 9:15pm passes we wait. At 9:47pm the store calls us to tell us our driver will be there shortly. At 9:54 we call back asking where our food is and they say it will be there shortly and we will credit $10 to the account. Thats nice but its been over 2 hours since I ordered. We finally got a call around 10:07pm that our driver was here. We tipped the man in cash since hes just the driver. We had already paid card for the food though. We open the food and would you believe not only was is ice cold and hard as a rock but they messed up the crust flavors on the pizzas!? Almost 3 hours of waiting and they gave me inedible pizza. The 4 of us had to snack on the 10 wings we bought. I put in a complaint via the website and got an email back that said the store would contact me within 3 business days. No contact. I put in another complaint around March 2nd. I ordered again from a different location on the 4th. There was no $10 credit in my account. I get a call from someone who gave me an attitude saying they've tried contacting me about my recent experience at Pizza Hut. Check my call log its a Pembroke Pines number and it has never called my phone before. We call that same number back and they tell us we have never ordered from there? We google the number to this location and they tell us there is a $10 credit to the account but we have to order from the same location? Oh and that it expires within a month of it being issued and that because we accepted the pizza they can't give us a refund. So not only did they NEVER tell me the credit was only for that location, they want me to use the same location that can't make edible pizza and deliver it within a timely manner and I now have less than a week to use it or I lose it. Called this particular place of busses (Pizza Hut). Placed the order or I attempted to place the order provided the credit card number Three times and each time of providing the number , before I finished the number he would yell out that it was not a correct number. After the third time I requested to speak to someone else because the individual I was speaking to has as a very determined ancient (Haitian) instead of giving me someone else he hangs up on me. I only wanted to place my order for my husband was going to pickup but this individual did not allow me to. I returned the call several times I can only assume it was him because he or someone would just pick up the phone and hang up. Is this the way Pizza Hut encourages its employees to treat customers weather they are ill of not. I didn’t tell my husband what had occurred for he would have gone there and demanded to speak to the manager and this employee. Read moreHorrible! The manager has no customer service skills (manager on duty new years eve at 6PM) and will hang up on you then ignore your calls if you call again. What a joke! If they get your delivery order wrong, be prepared for the manager to say "if you want the correct food or a refund you have to bring in all the food to the store with your receipt" what?! No thanks. Based on the reviews here a lot of people have had issues with this manager. They need to clean house and get someone who knows how to be a manager, and speak to their customers. I cant even tell you the managers name cause she refused to tell me then hung up on me. Ridiculous Needless to say I called corporate, and they also were appalled at how this manager acted.
