Five Guys — Restaurant in Daphne

If this would have been a regular person that was unemployed wanting an order and got turned down would it be on the news? And does ANYONE know the FULL story? And even if it’s all true the owner I guarantee wasn’t there and it shouldn’t reflect on the business what employees do in the moment no one can control other actions, but I’m positive they will have consequences for any wrong actions they do. So they entered without masks on when there is a sign on the door stating it. Maybe they didn’t see it but, they could have returned to their vehicle and ordered over the phone and got their food curbside and would have been more safe for them and the employers so making a big deal and trying to boycott a restaurant for one or a few employees actions is unjust! It shouldn’t effect the whole business, this could also hurt other five guys which is also unjust. So please think about that before you try to boycott any place of business over a few employers actions isn’t fair to the owner or the franchise when you don’t know all the facts or what the owner has to say and it shouldn’t effect the whole business because the owners aren’t always there or sometimes never there and can’t control someone else’s actions. I think this is ridiculous and the news should cover more serious stuff. Don’t get me wrong I love our police officers and thank them for their service, but let’s not blow things out of proportion, and get all the facts before we blow it up on news or social media giving awful untruthful reviews. You also may want to read what the police officers posted on their Facebook page saying it blew up on social media with misinformation and didn’t have all the facts and they are working to resolve this with complete cooperation and also believe it shouldn’t effect 5 guys as a whole from a few employers actions as I...

Each time I’ve come to this location, my food is always freshly prepared, and orders are correct. The staff members are pleasant and quick to greet you when you arrive. For a family of 4, expect to spend about $50. They give generous amounts of fries that are salted to perfection! My three star rating is based solely on the cleanliness of this facility (food gets five stars!); the floor is always sticky and/or greasy, usually with trash from straws or napkins loosely lingering around. The ketchup dispenser is likely going to be empty, malt vinegar nowhere to be found, and sticky dried soda on the fountain drink machine. The bathrooms are especially grimey, too. I ordered a bacon BURGER, with veggies and condiments. When we finally were given our order my burger I had ordered was a cheeseburger. We went back and told them the problem, I tried to give the lady the burger back and she said she couldn’t take it. She went back inside, some other lady came out and requested the receipt. I gave her the receipt, thinking they needed it to make my burger correctly. She then comes out and says they need the burger they made incorrect back. Insert eye roll but whatever we gave it back. When they finally bring me my blessed $10 burger it had no veggies. It had no condiments. It had ONE patty and bacon.
