Good customer service must be a thing of the past. I have been in the store twice in the past month. Not once have I ever been greeted and asked what assistance I might need. There was only one other customer in the store today, and again I was completely ignored while trying to figure out their fax machine. I muddled through it by myself and was shocked to see that they charge $2 per page! Not to mention that it takes an entire minute per page to actually get the fax out. After finally completing the fax, which took 20 minutes, I asked the manager how I could prove the facts actually was sent. He claims that the receipt for the money I paid is the proof. There was no confirmation page printed or anything. I rather doubt the social security administration is going to accept a money receipt as proof, but I suppose I can throw up a prayer to go with it. The manager put a piece of card stock to punch...same results.. he admitted it was defective however he refused to exchange it for one that was working properly.
