I just went today to the store . My experience was horrible ,I went to the store to buy some family gifts, since it was the first store that I saw I went inside to see what I could buy but I was like I better go watch the other stores and then if I don’t find anything better I’ll just come back . Since I did that it looks like the old lady working in there thought we were suspicious or trying to steal ,she treated me with a really bad attitude, at first I asked her how much was a key chain and she answer me being super rude . When I went to others stores I found some key chain but I liked the ones that the old lady had and I went back to buy it . When me and my boyfriend were paying she was packing a crystal piece that we got , when she was putting it in the bag I grabbed a piece that was packed thinking that it was mine and she grabbed my hand and I was like sorry? She answer me that’s not your I was like that’s my boyfriends,she’s like not that’s another persons package and I was like I’m sorry I thought it was mine but she didn’t even say sorry for being so rude and trying to make me look like I was stealing .Shes a really rude person I would not recommend going to this store there’s more stores around ,less expensive and the customer...

If I could put zero stars, i would. My family and I went to this store while on vacation. We paid this store $10 for parking 3 days in a row and on the third day we decided to stop in and shop. While shopping, an elderly working screamed, and I mean screamed loudly, at our children whom are 3, 6, 7, and 9 years of age because they were touching the merchandise. Mind you, they were not being aggressive or careless, simply looking at the merchandise. The elderly lady proceeded to scream loudly at the children again while they were touching and looking at teddy bears. This lady screamed so loud that it put our kids into tears. This is completely unacceptable behavior, and you should ask nicely for someone to stop touching something you do not want touched, or put a sign up for the parents so we can tell the kids not to touch the merchandise. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Beyond TERRIBLE experience here. Service was awful. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Old Lady with dark hair at the desk was extremely rude and hateful. She also had an employee follow our family through the ENTIRE store, judging that us, as tourists, might steal. Not even from a friendly distance, basically ran us through the whole store. Her justification was, “The people who tend to steal the most are young girls.” Literally said that right to us, as there were two girls in the group, both over 18. Also was interested in purchasing a lighter, but as soon as you pick one up you get yelled at. Go anywhere but here. I would rate less than one star if I could. Completely ruined our beach day.
