just ordered a Super Supreme Stromboli through Grubhub. I had multiple issues with the order. Burnt sausage. A Pepsi instead of a Coke. But that isn't even a big deal when you consider what else I had to deal with. According to their website: "Calzone/ Stromboli Served W / A Side of Marinara. Calzone's Are Filled w/ Ricotta & Mozzarella Cheese; Stromboli‘s Are Filled w/ Mozzarella Only."
Their GRUBHUB Menu says:
Super Supreme Stromboli Pepperoni, bacon, sausage, green peppers, tomato, mushrooms and black olives. Served with a side of marinara. Filled with mozzarella.
Supreme Calzone Cheese, pepperoni, bacon, sausage, green peppers, tomato, mushrooms and black olives. Served with a side of marinara. Filled with ricotta and mozzarella cheese.
Well my stromboli came with ricotta and mozzarella. I contacted Grubhub (even sent them a picture of the "stromboli") and they tried calling the restaurant (twice) and employee Amy said that strombolis are always made with ricotta and mozzarella cheese. REALLY??? Then what is a calzone made with? If I want a stromboli should I call and ask for a calzone? Strombolis are NOT made with ricotta & mozzarella. Calzones are. When the employees from Grubhub quoted Sicily's own web site to Amy she said the description on their web site was a mistake and they ALWAYS make strombolis with ricotta & mozzarella. REALLY??? I JUST had the very same stromboli Saturday night from them and they didn't have ricotta in it. I HATE RICOTTA cheese and I would never order anything or eat anything with ricotta cheese. Amy refused to do anything to correct the order. Sicily Pizza REFUSED to do anything to correct THEIR MISTAKE. They lied to the Grubhub rep, Carlos G. BOLDFACED LIED. Thank you, Sicily Pizza for showing me how you treat your customers. I just moved to Daytona and we would have been regular customers because the stromboli (NOT made with ricotta) I had Saturday night was delicious. The calzone you disguised as a stromboli today was not. Why?? Because I don't appreciate burnt sausage but I especially don't appreciate ricotta cheese in my stromboli. If your website menu is wrong and your grub hub menu is wrong when they both say your strombolis are filled with mozzarella (funny the calzone descriptions on both menus say they are filled with both ricotta & mozzarella). Even if it was a mistake, which it was not you are JUST A LIAR, you should honor it. Never will I order from you again and I will leave this same review on multiple social media sites. Learn how to treat customers. Stop lying. Learn the difference between a calzone and a stromboli if you honestly don't know the difference. If you could let your customers know what they should order when they want a stromboli that would be great. You're awful. There are PLENTY are pizzeria's around that know how to treat their customers. You are not one of them. Thank you for ruining my meal, Sicily Pizza and...

I asked for a slice of spinach and black olive. I regret the spinach deeply. There was just a lot if it and it was definitely very wet and very soggy. Undoubtedly it came from a can. I ended up picking off the spinach. ...Definitely ask what ingredients are fresh if that matters to you. Otherwise,... the slice was amazing. Great dough consistency, great crust, good cheese and sauce, great flavor. They make a really good slice of cheese pizza. You just need to worry about avoiding certain toppings you add to it.
Reasonable price. I would definitely be back for a slice with different ingredients. Far better than Little Caesars or something.
We dined in. We recieved no napkins, but the table was dirty so we needed something. I did find a roll of brown paper towels on top of an atm machine inside to wipe off our table. (It was wet from the rain and had remnants of other diners.)
There is seating outside on the patio as you walk in. It rained and it was very apparent the porch floor didn't drain properly. There was pooling in certain areas and the tile didn't look to have grooves or much texture for great grip... so slipping and falling was a real concern after rain or spills. The guy did come out and mop while we were there but he didn't do the whole patio and we were stepping over pools of water when coming and going. Also, many of the smaller booths looked to have been bent down beyond repair from heavy people likely sitting ontop the small tables. It doesn't look that bad in the photos I took, but I wouldn't have set anything round on them out of fear it would roll away. The tables were a little tired, but the patio floor looked new. It was accommodating enough for us to find a spot to sit (during the day mid summer). Definitely looked like more of a grab n go kind of place.
I asked to use the bathroom before we left. I was told a man from the kitchen would come unlock the bathroom door out back so I could use it, but after a while of waiting and no one coming.... and no one to be seen to ask... we just left to find another...
