I am extremely disappointed in this local beach store. I am a local Floridian and a small business owner myself. I understand the no returns, no exchanges policy absolutely. However, I feel that when you have sold an item that then breaks in less than the 30 days of purchase, you should offer a refund or exchange. I purchased a $30 umbrella to use for my trips to the beach on 7/7/2020...today is 7/20/2020...13 days after the original purchase. I used the umbrella the day I bought it and was extremely happy with it. I live in Orlando, not exactly close to the beach. Today was my second use of the umbrella and it ripped right in the middle and is now not usable at all. Stand behind the products you sell. I'm not returning it because I don't like it or I used it and I'm done with using it for my day at the beach, I'm returning it because it broke and it wasn't cheap. Very wrong way of doing business. And don't come back and say that it's because you don't know how I was using the umbrella for the past two weeks, I'm not an incompetent individual that doesn't understand the concept of using an umbrella, that's just rude and ignorant to be so disrespectful to...

My husband and I never been to Daytona before so we stopped here. We also went to other places and the other places treated us better. This place the workers were fake and was acting nice at first. I saw some shorts that was really cute but it was like 25 bucks for it so my husband and I were about to walk out. The guy said will you buy the shorts for 20 instead and we decided why not. He did the printing on what I wanted on my shorts. Then he said you get a free t-shirt but have to pay 15 bucks for the printing on what you want on the shirt. I said no thanks I’ll just take the shorts he said since you didn’t accept my offer for the shirt you will be paying 25 for the shorts. That was ridiculous like why agree to 20 bucks then get mad and went back to 25 bucks??? I did not appreciate how we were treated because we didn’t want to get a shirt, that was really silly of them. Wouldn’t come back...

Don't shop here!!! I went in this store after shopping at other stores on Atlantic Avenue. I had my bag from the Wing store down the street. I had purchased a lot of souvenirs from the Wings store. I greeted one of the sales clerks when I entered the store. She looked at me and said nothing. She didn't offer to assist me.
