Took my wife here for a quiet midday meal during our November vacation. The place had a nice set up and only a couple other people there during our time. Our server informed us she had only been there a week, so she was worthless when it came to asking for suggestions regarding the choices. I ordered the chicken parm, along with a side of meatballs and sausages. The chicken and sausages were very hard to cut, as they were overcooked, as were the meatballs. I requested to change it to the lasagna, which appeared hot when it came out, but once you got down to the bottom, turned out ice cold, which may have indicated the untrained use of a microwave. My wife's veal parm had the same issue of being overcooked, but she felt bad that I requested a new plate and decided just to stick with the poor example of a meal she received. As if the meals were bad enough, the manager/owner would not stop coming over to the table and striking up meaningless conversations. I understand greeting the customers, but leave them alone to enjoy their time. Instead of the serving checking on the new product brought to the table, she instead watched Family Feud from the bar. To top it all off, the place did not offer a veteran discount, on Veterans Day? All in all, I would say the place is too overpriced for poor product and service. Find someplace else to eat.

The food was great! The servers were very attentive. It was a great place to just have a good meal. Prices were expected because of location. However I would have spent it anyway because the food was worth it. The one thing that surprised me is that they don't offer salad with the meal. I've been to a good amount of Italian restaurants (definitely not just Olive Garden and Carrabba's) and they include salad. They do include bread but according to our server you don't get it until after you've ordered (idk about that) but ok. She said it was baked to order but when she brought it out which was less than 2 minutes after we ordered it, the bread wasn't warm and the butter that they give you in a little cup tasted like old refrigerator (without these issues I would have given the restaurant a 5 but the experience is based off all items put in the table). I hope they change the butter out more often because that wasn't appetizing at all. I however will return based off the food alone but I hope my fresh bread is still warm when I get it and the butter can just taste like butter lol. The picture is the spaghetti with meat sauce. It was a good portion, you won't be disappointed!

The good reviews were misleading. The ambience was the only good part of the meal. Though it is an expensive restaurant, we said that we were celebrating a birthday and there was no recognition or anything offered. Even basic Italian meals were priced high and made poorly or completely wrong. The waitress was nice but never checked on the table, most likely knowing that an automatic 20% would be added because of our large (7) party. The entire staff seemed panicked even though there were only 3 tables seated. The carbonara was made untraditionally which should have been noted on the menu and was made so poorly there were scrambled eggs in the pasta (photo). Our check sat for at least 20 minutes ignored. One toilet didn’t flush at all and the tables were unstable. One of the servers was amiable and the tapenade was good but it did not make up for the overall disappointing dining experience. The check SIGNIFICANTLY did not reflect the experience.

I’ve never left a negative review of a restaurant before but this place actually has me that mad. Two friends and I walk into the restaurant and grab seats at the bar. We are greeted by a very pleasant but clearly very weeded bartender who also had a ten top and other tables and was literally running around. No big deal, I work in a restaurant too, we are all understaffed, so we waited patiently. She apologized profusely and got us our drinks and put in our food order. It was clear that she was pretty new to the establishment but she was working very hard and trying her best. I want to be clear that our service wasn’t the issue. It wasn’t good, per say, but she was doing the best she could with being understaffed. The food was so mediocre it could put you to sleep. We got the bruschetta app. It lacked seasoning of any kind and came with a weird blend of salad greens on the plate. No basil in site. We shared a meat lovers pizza and a shrimp scampi. The pizza was undercooked, lacked toppings, and lack any sort of seasoning or flavor. There was no Parmesan cheese or red pepper flakes in shakers on the table. When I asked for some it came in plastic ramekins from the kitchen. The scampi was a large portion and the shrimp were cooked nicely, but again, it was very underwhelming in flavor and seasoning. We got a ricotta cheesecake for dessert. The texture was nice but it needed an acid to brighten the dish and cut some of the richness. The prices were high for the lack of quality.... it had chain restaurant vibes, not authentic Italian. We were waiting to cash out and our poor bartender is literally so busy trying to cash out a large group, make drinks, and run food and they just kept seating her more people. While we were waiting a man (who I now know is the owner) came out of the kitchen and instead of being helpful (run food, cash tables out, greet people, etc) he just scowled at both her and guests and when she asked for help he just started barking orders at her, very rudely, in front of a dining room full of guests. I could not believe the way he was speaking to an employee in front of guests, I can only imagine what happens when people aren’t around. Also, he had been on the line cooking, so the food should’ve been better because if that’s the best he can do, he should change careers. I’ve worked in restaurants my whole life, this isn’t how you run a successful business. As an owner/manager... if someone or some area is struggling you fill in where needed to help YOUR business be successful. Degrading your workers isn’t helpful, especially when they’re trying very hard. Just some advice buddy, maybe if you treated you staff with some respect, you wouldn’t be so understaffed. Also, learn how to cook... and may I suggest finding the spice rack? Seriously, Olive Garden should get a Michelin Star after...

We went there as a last minute with our color guard team for our team dinner. They were immediately accommodating for our large crowd of twenty one people. But it took the turn for the worst after that. The lady immediately let me know. They had only three people on staff to serve for the whole restaurant, which I understand. Are waitress was very nice The whole time but as we were waiting for our dinner her and the cook in the back which we assume as a manager began screaming and hollering and cussing at each other to where the whole restaurant could hear. After that, food came out extremely slow.Mine took more than an hour to get and I got new york strip.Steak with mashed potatoes. It was bland had no seasoning. The mashed potatoes just seemed like they were instant mashed. Potatoes and my vegetable was 1 slices a piece of zucchini island squash. I was the very last person to be served and it took more than an hour to get my steak. When I brought it up that I did not believe it was fair that I should have to pay for a stake when I didn't even get a chance to eat it. Because my party was already leaving, she gave me a twenty percent discount on the steak, not my bill. That furthermore, made me more upset. Because the mill should have been comped four, not even coming out on time. Honestly the service was horrible. The food was sub par for the cost. My steak costs more than some of the really high in steak restaurants I've been to. My two daughters got the chicken alfredo, and it made us all sick. So go at your own risk. It may be an ebb and flow and some days it may be good. Some days it, it seems to be bad, really bad. I know it's daytona, but for the cost of the meals, which were well over $25 a meal I expect excellent and excellent service. And we got neither and nor did we get compensation for...

Alex took great care of us, portions were huge and fantastic! We never have dessert but we had a cannoli and it was actually really authentic and delicious! The wine and liquor pours were substantial, this was our first time and we'll definitely be back!

Our visit tonight was our second visit and it definitely required an update to the review.

The restaurant is still beautiful. The food is still wonderful. The service tonight was borderline atrocious.

We will clearly make sure that Alex is there there next time we go.

The wine pour was still More than adequate but my whiskey pour was pathetic.

The sign outside about the oysters at a dollar and a quarter a piece was what initially drew me in, but the first time we were there I was so enamored by the place and the menu that I didn't even order the oysters.

This time I ordered the oysters, and while ultimately they were really very good, they did not come with cocktail sauce, horseradish, lemons or even a cocktail fork to eat them with. When I asked for these items it took an inordinate amount of time to get cocktail sauce, horseradish and lemons. And then I was told that there was no cocktail fork to eat them with which left me struggling using a knife!

The calamari was delicious and The marinara was equally as delicious but the salad that my wife ordered had no dressing and when she asked for it, it did eventually come but again it took a very long time to get there.

This was a very disappointing experience.

We will be back when we know that Alex will be there to give us the extraordinary service that along with the well above average food had us...
