We are going to a wedding in PA. My wife wanted a small clutch for the wedding. She was in the store a week prior and said one of the staff suggested she go across to Francesca’s, which seems to be a very low end store. I guess she was implying my wife can’t afford their bags. We then go in together on date night. I was in the back looking at the fanny packs for fun while she looked at the bags she was interested in. One of the ladies who was working walked by me and blatantly looked at my waist and my hands to see if I was stealing. First off, not to sound arrogant, but I make very good money. Just because I don’t dress or look like I have money, doesn’t mean I don’t have it. Second, being in sales myself for quite awhile now, you never judge a person or their intentions. I have judged many in the past and could’ve sworn they were not going to buy, and they did. For this to be a “high end” store, the caliber of customer service/sales reps is sub par. Today I went to this store around 11 AM , the guy who was receiving people in front of the door did not greet me and did not welcome them to the store he looked me up and down and walked to the side ignoring me completely, I was looking for a t-shirt I came to Daytona on vacation and I ran out of clothes, I found exactly the t-shirt I was looking for, I was looking at the price and I thought: why buy this expensive shirt in this store where they have racist employees who judge their clients by how they look or by their skin color. A white lady arrived and I saw how he did greet her and ask her what she was looking for and how he could help her. I had already shopped at Vineyard Vines and one of the things that I like about this store is that customer service is a priority. I bought at Polo Ralph Lauren where they also have very good service and at Guess. Try Hispanic/ Latin people better. We can buy...

Not giving an option for no stars. I was injured at your store by a shoplifter for which you did zilch including ask my name, take a report, ask if I was OK? None of that took place instead I got hands in my face from a employee putting me in time out. And when i asked her name I was told "bye" you ma'am should grow up. What's worse is i made a police report, I filed a report with Tanger and the entire time I did those things your store did NOTHING, no even notify security. To make matters worse Ive called your cooperate number 8 times if not more and no one calls me back. Sorry it had to go to social media but your lack of a response is unacceptable.
