Today was my first day visiting this location and buying food I think the Grits are bland and the fish was okay but a small plate is $5.75 and I literally could tell you that I had six bites of grits and small pieces of fish my plate was done oh I had a biscuit and half of that was burnt my husband and I ended up spending $18.46 on two plates and two drinks and also a surcharge for using my card at this location this is not right I do believe in supporting small businesses I have a small one of my own that I am trying to do but I would never jip anybody on a food for they money it's like both a style so it really shouldn't cost you that much to make the things that you're making and then my husband got a large plate with the three-compartment you put a handful of corned beef hash in one small compartment I have full of eggs in the other small compartment and two two pieces of shriveled-up bacon in the biggest part of the container and then charge me $8 I could have made scrambled eggs corned beef hash and shriveled up pieces of bacon at home for a lot less then $8 I also could have made cheese grits and two small pieces of fish and a Burnt Biscuit at home for a lot less but if this is what everybody wants then I'm cool with it me and my family...

This place is phenomenal! Stopped in for lunch after moving to Daytona and left full, warm and in a wonderful mood! They have a little market but the hot food bar is where the action and flavor is! They had several chicken options (including fried, bbq, grilled and smothered) We got the bbq chicken! This piece was huge, perfectly sauced and just the right amount of crisp on the outside from grilling! All the side options looked delicious but we tried the seasoned rice (w gravy of course!) and their mac n cheese!

Every single thing wowed me. The chicken was so moist and flavorful, the mac n cheese was creamy and yummy and the rice and gravy was flavorful too!

Don’t sleep on this place! Food is delicious! The people working here were also super chill and friendly! The woman behind the food bar was such a delight! Super, super sweet and hooked us up with the delicious food! She also had the prettiest smile that legit just put a sun into my day!

Went there for dinner and let me tell . Ms. Carla left a few toenailz in her food. The fried chicken was fried hard on the outside and tender like a baby's bottom on the inside. Meatloaf, like dat. Both seasoned too perfection. Mac and cheese, forgett about it. 🔥 🔥!!! Cabbage & black eyed-peas. 🔥 🔥!!! Customer service outstanding. Dj was very friendly and professional. Dont let the smooth taste fool ya, this is now my go to spot when I'm in town. Located 10 minutes from Daytona Beach waterfront.
