Pink Narcissus — Local services in Daytona Beach

I have been coming to this location since it opened. There have been some hiccups along the way, however this one has a huge buyer beware and never to return all over it. I most likely spend more than $500 to $1000 at each visit. My last visit I was returning something purchased on line and repurchasing a different size along with 5 or 6 additional items. At the last minute I spotted a pair of linen shorts to finish my purchase. No mention that those were on sale, all sales are final or anything that would have given me pause to go try them on. Holidays pass and I tried them on and they fit but not appropriately. So I go in to explain and exchange or return. Nope, I am met with there is nothing to do, can’t assist you. Spent close to $1000 at this store and one of the blouses didn’t fit the way I expected it. When I tried to exchange it they informed me that their exchange policy was 10 days, which is different from than the standard Lilly Pulitzer store. The manager was rude and scolded me for not knowing the policy. After she approved the exchange another clerk came to the fitting room to advice me that I couldn’t exchange the blouse after all, according to her, because I bought it when they offered $30 off for every $100, information that should’ve been offered before I wasted my time finding a replacement. I left with a $168 blouse that did not fit correctly because the staff did not offered a solution. I will not be coming back...

I came into your store with a large gift card and cash to spend and upon being in your store 20 mins not one single employee could greet me or ask if I need help etc. In fact one employee was too busy “dusting”. This is unfortunate as now I see I’ll have to continue shopping in Lake Mary or Disney Springs and I was excited as we moved to the area and it was close.
