2nd review. Had 2 lamps delivered and 1had a defected part. Contacted Sale Rep. Dan Martinez. He forwarded us to dept and they sent the parts to us within 2 days.

3rd review. Needed a 3rd end table. Contacted Dan thru text and he set it up for third table delivered already setup.

3rd Review. Every time we texted Dan he would respond almost immediately. I believe on his days off also. Dan is an excellent representative for your store/company. Because of Dan's service we will be coming to RTG for patii furniture and asking for Dan

Lovely furniture, but poor customer service. Went to the patio section on 4/20/24. There were two staff members who were in the section, but rather than approach and ask if we needed help they stood on the other side of the section and stared at us as we tried to figure out the sizes of the umbrellas. My mom approached and asked a question about the umbrellas, and the gentleman answered but still didn’t come over to offer assistance. We were very pleased with our experience at Rooms to Go - Daytona Beach. We took advantage of savings on patio furniture. The selection was very good and we found something that suited us quickly. Our sales person was very informative . She explained all the features of the set we were interested in, she explained all the details of payment, delivery and the replacement package.
