I am SO INCREDIBLY overjoyed that Serena & Lily has found a new home in Central Florida!! I have been a loyal Consumer of the brand for many, many years due to the products I've purchased from Serena & Lily being classic, timeless, and a nice twist of modern with the right pieces... Colleen and the staff are absolutely amazing! They are knowledgeable about the brand and pieces, very warm and friendly, and supportive to make the shopping experience as easy and turn-key as possible.

The only negative is that I would love to see more promotions. Some artwork would be great, more bed frames (esp. King size), round dining tables, and in general a more continuation of depth of inventory and selection. If this happens, I truly believe this store is even a bigger gem and I have no doubt people would come here from all over the world. I just cannot say enough great things about this store.

My daughter wanted to have a lemonade stand 🍋 ! And she went around the house looking for stuff to use and it all came together so easily and very nicely with all the Serena & Lily products! The umbrella was very handy-dandy to keep my daughter from getting sunburnt. Cute chair 🪑 was very good for sitting casually. We used the bar cart we have from Serena & Lily as a table and got lots of compliments. The poof was very cute and poofy! This last minute stand looked chic and well planned. People at Serena and lily are very very very nice and have a great eye for design! Colleen is a superstar and helped me pick out the green striped set which was so cute (we had the bar cart already) and so versatile it fits in both our Florida and Hamptons house. And the outlet store was so resourceful, buying the Serena and Lily brand for our home is so timeless and classic in this last minute situation it helped us have everything we needed to pull together a beautiful scene quickly at...

I went into this store on Memorial Day for a sale Lined up outside a woman came out & gave us updates on the procedures for the sale numerous times The shop itself opened 10 minutes late after waiting nearly an hour

Chaos & unsafe opening began at the time We were to remove the tag get a sticky dot of what we wanted and run to the register .

There were long lines from what I could see no one but one person on the store display floor A tall blonde woman stood doing nothing with a notebook pad in her hand not assisting with lessening the lines at the register for all the time I was on line

After this we were given until 3pm to get trucks and move our furniture out Problem being they did not have the facility to handle this at all . The blonde woman somehow ended up in the back when I came to get my furniture shoving dressers onto the back of cars There was over an hour wait to even get to the door that loads

The atmosphere of the store which is a luxury brand was sheer chaos . It was clear the blonde woman was the manager & was not assisting with the long lines even though a third register was obvious . The one person I did observe on the sales floor was doing her best as well as the register ringers

Clearly the store was over a safe capacity & someone did not think through a process of safety & shopping that matched the brand.

Huge KUDOS to Colleen , the manager, for running this store better than even S& L full price locations. Unlike usual outlets, this store is IMPECCABLY organized, sparkling clean, and so welcoming! It has no outlet vibes, but rather a feel of upscale boutique. The team makes sure to go above and beyond for every single customer. They offer advice, help, answer all questions with enthusiasm and a smile , show the product in detail on the big computer screen and genuinely care about making the sale happen! Kind, friendly and knowledgeable! This store manager would be a rare find even for a prestigious department store, and certainly is a GEM for Serena and Lily company,. The store and Colleen’s team is a true reflection of S& L beautiful quite luxury esthetics. This combination of professionalism and skills are not often seen in retail, if ever. I love to shop and shop often, mostly in full price boutiques. I never leave any reviews, but I was eager to leave this one as I was very impressed how this store strikingly stays apart from others. As for the stock, would be nice to see more beds, upholstery, dressers, night tables and Queen & King bedding! Also the lighting, accessories, including pillows and books & rugs could be better stocked. Overall , this store deserves more than 5 stars for amazing employees, but the stock could certainly use more items to achieve...
