May 21, 2023 UPDATE Went back for dinner after my youngest's baccalaureate. Let me tell you the quality of food is still there. I got the Fra Diavolo, it was fantastic the spicy cream sauce was excellent with not too much heat. Ended the meal with the Tiramisu......it blew my mind. It was so moly the best I have ever had in my 54 years on this earth. Save roome and order up a slice of heaven. While the food maintained the service was slow and lack luster and not nearly as superb as out last visit. This the reduction in the service this time around My wife and I were not looking for a sit down lunch to be honest. I took a wrong turn and ended up in Bravo's parking lot and we were like, well we never have eaten hear so let's try it. We entered and was greeted warmly by the hostess and promptly taken to our table. My first impression was that this was a very nice place, there were cloth tablecloths. This was going to be a lot more than eawe were planning on but we were there and we love going to new places. We looked over the menu and it was a very nice selection of very traditional Italian food. We were not very hungry so we got two starters. Now our waiter was amazing, when he heard our order of two waters and two appetizers his expression never faltered! He was amazing and provided top notch service. We have the meatball starter along side the chicken bacon flatbread. It was all incredible and we couldn't stop eating we ended our meal with creme brulee, we can never say no to it, and it was super creamy and delicious. I highly recommend a first visit and a second and a....well you get the idea. We are already planning a return trip for a full meal, I only wish I could remember our server's name, he was truly top notch.

Sunday night dinner at this location. The manager on duty did an excellent job of assuring us that their restaurant is food allergy friendly and takes meal preparation seriously w/r/t requests. What a relief this was to hear prior to dining in and from out of town. Bravo Italian Kitchen has locations in Michigan as well and I feel that this restaurant chain consistently demonstrates high regard for customers that have food allergies - this is such a game changer for families that deal with food allergies. We ordered the Grilled Salmon, Pasta Bravo and Eggplant Parmesan. My kids ordered spaghetti and food allergy friendly (gluten) pasta marinara. The Grilled Salmon was well presented and had a good amount of vegetables; the Pasta Bravo noodles were a little too al dente for me, but the signature sauce compensated for this and the amount of veggies and chicken strips were decent. The Eggplant Parmesan was delicious, but short on portions (2 thinly breaded slices). Kids pasta, allergy friendly and regular pasta were thumbs up from the kiddos! I know I mentioned this before, but it’s always a treat for my child that suffers with food allergies to dine in - together - with our family without having to pack his lunch and eat separately from what we order. It means a lot to him and to us. And it makes a mother beyond grateful for restaurants that support this type of food allergy effort. Thank you!

Mixed opinions. Food is "usually" good. Service inside is usually good. Thanks to the pandemic, decided to try curbside service. Over 20 minutes of waiting since I called to pickup. Not enough spots for curbside parking. They're definitely having issues getting orders organized and delivered/picked up. Felt bad for the service manager as he was rushing as best as he could. Don't be surprised if you have to wait just as long or longer. At least I was refunded my money due to the delay. BUT! This is no chicken parmesan that I have ever been served before at Bravo Italian in the past 10 years I have been to this and its West Chester location. Doesn't look like any chicken I have ever eaten or cooked before for chicken parmesan. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Edit: Changed review from 2 to 1; took a bite of a cold and rancid spinach and articoke dip that almost made me run to the bathroom. Do not order it. 2nd Edit: Spaghetti also tasted suspiciously bad. So I literally ended up paying a $5 tip for NO FOOD THAT I COULD EAT. Yeah, the refund didn't include the tip. Which is definitely not deserved after this horrible experience.

I'll leave one star, only because the alcoholic beverages were on point. But the rest of the experience was awful.

We were seated at the very back of the restaurant because from the beginning we weren't "good enough" to be there because we were in jeans and t shirts. Our waiter came, and tried to give us dirty plates that we clearly pointed out had nastiness on them. In a rude hurry he came back with more and that initially ticked him off and set the tone for the evening.

While taking our orders he commented that "Lloyd" (the name of our business) was taking care of the bill insinuating we didn't have enough money to be there. When in all reality the prices are maybe a few dollars more than Olive Garden. Once he took our orders (20 minutes after we placed our drink order and still hadn't received them) he said, "Now we'll get you guys fat" and left.

Our food came and one of our friends ordered a steak (yes steak from an Italian restaurant it sounds like a bad time, but the price made you assume it would be wonderful $30) he ordered medium well. There was more blood than a medium rare and was impossible to cut through.

Our rude waiter returned and asked if there was a problem and we told him to take the steak it was crap. The manager came over and offered to take it off the bill and pay for our desert. We agreed and ordered desert (which in the end was not paid for). The desert was the best part so I'll give them that.

All in all, the service sucked the food was over priced Olive Garden and the atmosphere was a dud. The funniest part is the table next to us with the same waiter called for the manager too.

If you're looking to spend a lot of money to be treated like a plebeian this is the...

We visited your Bravo location in Mason Ohio on Deerfield Blvd on Saturday March 23rd. We were celebrating my mother’s 70th birthday. We had a big party of 12 people. The two servers we had were awesome! Very attentive & pleasant. That being said the food was horrible. I ordered the lasagna, it looked like it was going to be good. But I took one bite and it was cold. Not even lukewarm. Had no flavor. The meat reminded me of school lunch taco meat it a big glob. My husband ordered the lobster ravioli with sautéed shrimp. It was also cold. Not good flavor at all. Hard to find any lobster in the ravioli. Only tasted cheese. Also there is no way the shrimp had been sautéed looks like it was just thrown in the sauce. My daughter ordered pasta Woozie. Again cold no flavor & very bland. Another person in our party had a pizza. It was also cold the cheese was hard from sitting too long. I also saw someone else had ordered salmon. It was over cooked, and looked charred, and at first glance I thought it was chicken. The food did not come out at the same time. About 10 minutes lapsed before our whole table had food. Due to being there celebrating my mother’s birthday we did not want to cause a problem at the restaurant or we would have addressed the issue then. For the price we paid I expect to be able to eat my food. Due to this ongoing experience we have decided never to return to Bravo. The worst part of all of this is I emailed corporate Saturday as soon as we got home. It is now Wednesday and I still have yet to hear from them. #Bravo #sucks...
