Soma — Local services in Deerfield Township

I went to this location today (3/21/22) because I was in desperate need of new bras. I'm a single mom so I had my 3 year old son with me. My son is still getting used to being out and about since the pandemic so he was wanting to just run everywhere. I had him in the dressing room trying to get him to calm down and sit. He wanted so badly to crawl out from underneath the dressing room. The two absolutely wonderful ladies working at about 12:30-1:00ish were lifesavers. One of them was grabbing bra sizes I needed and the other lady offered to watch my son while I tried them on.😭😭 He was just wanting to crawl in and out of the dressing room I was in so she kept an eye on himI know this is not when he decided to crawl out. She absolutely did not have to do that for me but I was beyond grateful she did. It allowed me the time to find exactly what I needed. Thank you. You both went above and beyond to help me. Lydia & Bev were so amazingly knowledgeable & helpful. I had my 7 year old son with me who obviously had no interest in coming to this store lol. They got me in and out in a heartbeat! Lydia and Bev both listened to my concerns and pulled several bras that all fit perfectly in a matter of minutes. Based off what I told them they knew exactly what to recommend. They also measured me and made sure I was in the right size AND even gave me tips on how to care for the bras properly. I seriously cannot thank them enough for their amazing customer service. Theae ladies at the Mason location treated me with so much kindness! I walked in so anxious & in tears because of a bad experience at a different Soma location the day prior.
