First time going to Five below was their opening week. I walked in and was amazed at all the things they had. I knew I would be addicted. After purchasing many things that I did not need (and raved about to my fellow co-workers because they loved my shirts I bought), I walked out and entered myself in the drawing for a $100 gift card because they were celebrating their grand opening... A few weeks later I got a call from an employee saying I won the gift card. I was so stoked because I have never won anything. They gave me the option to come pick it up or get it mailed. I said to just mail it because I was to busy to come over and get the gift card. Another 2 weeks went by and I received the gift card. I held it in my purse until Christmas time because I was going to buy stocking stuffers at the store. I went in and filled my cart up with all my stocking stuffers I wanted to buy, gave them my gift card. THE GIFT CARD HAD A ZERO BALANCE. They tried to tell me I already used the gift card in August. I’m not sure of the employees name, but I will update this when I find it out. That worker really went above and beyond and my niece was so appreciative because she was having an anxiety attack from feeling...
