Craig stopped working on a current order to repair the band on my watch while I waited. He only charged me $10. Thanks to him I could continue to wear a watch that has sentimental value to me, rather than shell a ton of cash on a decent new watch. He can't sustain his business with my measley $10 and vendors with great customer service are rare and are so greatly appreciated. Please...
