Nordstrom Rack — Local services in Delray Beach

Great store with nice options in every department. The killer for me was the “ gender inclusive” dressing rooms. Really? We need to include a man in the stall right next to me while I try on a bra? That’s not gender inclusive. That’s actually gender exclusive. I feel excluded in that consideration. I did not feel comfortable at all. In fact I felt vulnerable and it made me quite upset. Nordstrom, do you have any women in loved in this decision? Have any of them ever been nearly naked in a dressing room that was “ gender inclusive?” It’s a joke. Separate the dressing rooms please. If not then let’s make the whole store “ gender inclusive.” Mix the men’s and women’s departments together. Put the boxer shorts with the bras, the size 10 men’s loafers next to the size 10 women’s high heels. Wait you wouldn’t do that right? Why- because gender inclusivity is not a real thing. Yet again, a once AMAZING store continues to go so far downhill. I do not know who took over the Rack these past few years but it is a shell of what it once was. The brands are so odd, so cheap, so many random things, the amount of Abound and 14th and Union...NR used to feel like an extension of Nordstrom with amazing finds, great staff, and great policies…now it is on par with basically every other discount store. I had high hopes that this new location would have some unique finds but again it is random clearly outlet made items. I have written “corporate” many times trying to make them aware that whoever is leading NR is leading it into the ground. From the “new” logo to the feel of the stores…it’s just...

Worst customer service. Rude , slow. Talk back. Walked in today. Only one register open. Another cashier was showing something to a client, and she saw me waiting in line, after she was done helping customers she continued rearranging things on display. I had to ask her to check me out. Another old guy on register was folding one shirt 10 minutes. It's my second time having bad experience there. Other time I was there cashiers were ignoring me and acting busy. Why it's so hard to cash a person out? It's holiday season . There has to be more than one person on the registered. And better customer...
