Was a really great place until the new manager came along. When my appliance broke, I had already paid for the month, had insurance on it and they said they could switch my appliance out. However, I said I would like to just get the money back for the rest of the month, which was almost 2 weeks, and the manager said she had to go through the director. When I spoke with Stephanie, the manager, she informed me that she was about to have a video conference with the director, and would have to call him back after the conference to see if she could refund it. She is the manager and is allowed to make these decisions, but supposedly now the director refuses to get me the money back that I spent and didn't even get to use the appliance for the week. This store should get Absolutely ZERO stars. Whoever has hired this new unprofessional, wannabe manager ALIE, or however she spells her name need to expeditiously reconsider her position she is absolutely TERRIBLE! WHO makes false reports uh she does! She sells appliances that has bugs in them and aren’t clean and still tried to charge the full amount! FYI I’ve personally paid off thousands and thousands of dollars with previous management but RAC will never get a dime from me! DISGUSTING...
