Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Denison

First off I'm not one of these people that are super critical and pickey but this sonic gave me a terrible experience I work in the fast food service so I know a thing about customer service and how critical and pickey people can be but let me tell you what happened and why u shouldn't go to this place around lunch time I got 2 burgers and specifically asked for different sauces they messed that up along with not having my shake on the order , when I told them I needed my burgers replaced because they didn't put the right sauces on them they asked for the burgers they messed up back I hope they didn't sell it to a customer ... And my buffalo nuggets were hard half of them were old while the other half were fresh I didn't complain on that tho but trust me most people would . My advice for the crew at Sonic or the crew responsible for taking orders is to listen more and repeat the order back to make sure you got it correctly along with taking responsibility of the order you messed up and replacing our burgers without taking the old ones this is common sense stuff I get sum of y'all are new but come-on it takes two brain cells to do ur...

I was at the Denison location across from Walmart on 121. July 5th, 2025. I ordered a grilled cheese and onion rings. Upon arrival 2 sides of the grill cheese was VERY hard. There was no way to eat it. I did eat what I could. I called to ask for a manager, I was told he was very busy and didn't have time to talk to me. The person who answered the call came to my car. I explained that wanted nothing out of what I had to say, but felt they needed to know in order to correct. She took it in, came back and told me the manager wouldn't refund my money because I had eaten to much. Again I explained I wanted nothing but if they are not aware of problem it can't be fixed. I was then told its because the toaster is broke. I once again said, if you know and don't fix it, it says a lot. If you know and do fix it, it say s lot. I was told the toaster can't be fixed. Apparently the manager can interact with public either. Happened...

So yeah it was kinda busy but to choke up when you get a curve ball? Breakfast burrito. TOOK WAY TOO LONG. Already got the gridle top hot. Sausage was some kind of preformed bitebites, heat it up. Tatertots, during lunch they got to holding in the basket, frying up or heading out to a bar. Cheeze, also holding in prep container. Egg, crack it, scramble it, lay it all out in a tortilla, send it out the door. Eesy-peazy. And here ya go. Egg was a over cooked burnt mess, not the fluffy egg description you'll see on the menu. No onoin, no peppers didn't even bring out salsa after asking twice.
