The online checkout was very easy to use. Loved the text updates and web browser tracking! It was very spot on with timing and even texted to let me know my order was likely ready ahead of the originally anticipated pick-up time.

When arriving, I was immediately greeted with a big smile and helped right away for pick-up. Super easy process. In and out.

I bought the Gagnam boneless chicken and thought it was delicious! It somehow reminds me of southern fried chicken (or chicken fried chicken batter) but make it Korean style (or vice versa). SO good! And the portion size is HUGE which makes me not mind the $16 price. The pickled radish is yummy and a must add on if you like radish and pickled vegetables. I sadly wasn't able to try the Ddeok-bokki as I realized when opening there was cabbage in it, which I'm allergic to. So that's on me. But it does smell INCREDIBLE and the portion size is huge! I'll have someone taste test for and share how it is.

The packaging for the chicken was also superb! No flimsy thin to-go boxes that leak oils through or barely hold together while trying to hold and eat out of it. I was able to one hand hold the box and use my other hand to eat out of it with no concerns of the box failing me and going everywhere.

Overall, I can't wait to try the other items, dine in and experience the atmosphere, and will be sure to ask about ingredients of items ahead of time.

We arrived and waited for 20 minutes for the our food. We got home and tryed it for the first time. I got the Soy Garlic Boneless wings and my mom got the Golden Original Boneless wings. We realize the wings weren't to stander. The Golden Original was extremely spicy and the Soy Garlic is almost to much garlic. My stomach instantly starting feeling bad. We saw on the box that we could return the food if it wasn't to our satisfaction and it very much wasn't.

When we brought the food back, they all seemed very shocked. I asked if it was possible for a refund because on the box it said I could. They looked at me crazy and said "that's just the box". I asked why the box says we could bring the food back and they replied "we cant do refunds sir" said very rudely. I told them that "they should tell people that before making them drive all the way back to the restaurant". She then proceeded to snatch the receipt off of the bag with the food in it and I eventually walked out with my refund after the lady tryed telling me to talk to corporate, but she got caught in a lie because prior to that, she told me they were a franchise. So I was talking to who I needed to talk to. She just didn't want to give me a refund. I mean the meals was $34 for just chicken. I was going to get it regardless because that was...

I came here before and had wings and they were fine. I decided to come back because of the good experience the first time and I had not eaten all day and I ordered some dumplings and boneless chicken wings and when I arrived my order was ready. When I got the order I left and I tasted it and it tasted really weird! There is a bad taste for their boneless chicken wings. It tastes like mold or something or I don't know it's. It's a really weird taste. I explained that to the manager and a clerk there and they would not help me. They told me that they cannot help me because I placed the order. I asked them was there anything that they could do and they said no. We can't do anything because you just don't like the flavor. They said if anything was wrong with the chicken we could refund it. But there's nothing wrong with the chicken. You just don't like the flavor! I will not be going back! If I could I would give them zero Stars for bad customer service! I can understand having a bad taste and not liking the flavor but this was not fat. There was something wrong with those boneless chicken wings! I'm willing to believe it probably was not even chicken! Well I didn't make a scene I just left and I left their food there. Don't let looks deceive you please be careful eating...
