Do not go to this market as a vendor. They charge way too much for the daily rate. They are not transparent about anything and make claims about marketing without anything to back it up. Michelle is the owner who will only ever answer your emails and will absolutely never show up to the market. Her husband on the other hand will try to play stupid and acts like he has no idea what you spoke to his wife about. BEWARE!!!! BEWARE!!! The season price for a vendor is $7000+ and they do not try to give you a shoutout and if someone forgot your company they will have to wait till the next week to see you because they do not have a list of their vendors anywhere. They offered me a full credit (which means what? $300 or $600) towards the market next season. Why would I want to work with such sketchy people. They also don't send you the contract/agreement you sign, which is on google forms and can be manipulated after the fact. They refused to cancel the day it was snowing and instead had all their vendors show up, freeze their butts off, with almost no foot traffic. Michelle said they aren't closing for a little cold weather, but instead let all their vendors make almost no profit that day because they did not want to give them their money back. Also they have way too many vendors in the same industry. Try 4 coffee vendors, 2 hot sauce guys, 2 plant people. Good luck making the $7000+ with a good amount of profit for 6 months of work. Read moreSad to say, but this is hands down the the worst market I've been to in Denver... such limited vendors and they are almost all repeats. Every other one was a coffee company or people yelling into the crowd for home repairs. Several window and home repair company’s, a psychic, landscapers, etc. (if that’s your thing, that’s fine. Just letting you know it’s not a traditional farmers market) It seems more like a trade show than a farmers market. Only one produce stand and I was shocked to see this! I talked to the vendors about why it seems worse than years past and they told me it is a MESS behind the scenes. Threats of being sued by the owners, extreme rates up to $300+ per day they are forced to pay or they claim they will be sued and taken down by the owners.. I can’t imagine a lot of them are making much more than that due to the small crowd. Sad to hear this from not only 1, but 3 vendors on my trip out a few weeks ago. They said you think my story is bad, go talk to so and so(leaving vendor names out for their privacy), And so I did. I was shocked. Do people know that they treat vendors so poorly? Hope it changes or they get new owners for the sake of the vendors

Read moreVendors, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS MARKET You will be grossly overcharged at this market vs any other in the Denver metro area. There's a reason you can't find any public information on their fees. The charge a flat fee that is way higher than you will pay at any other market with no consideration for sales. They also require the full amount to be paid upfront. Some days you could end up paying the majority of your sales in fees. They promise high foot traffic but it seems to be a lot less than in years past.
You will also be subject to their shady business practices and constant threats of lawsuits if you don't comply with their unreasonable demands. This is their go to form of communication and it is well known within the Denver farmers market community. I'm honestly shocked it's been able to go on for this long. Their business model is to take advantage of hard working small business owners and it's truly disgusting. They burn through vendors so quickly and you'll notice very few repeat vendors compared to other...
