Renzios Greek Food — Restaurant in Denver

I went to the Park Meadow's location. The cashier was friendly, everything looked clean. I ate about a 3/4's of the gyro sandwich I bought from here and went home. When I arrived home I decided to eat the last bit. On my last bite I managed to pull out a long blonde hair. Wonderful. Unfortunately, the location is very far from home and I don't have the time to get down there and get a refund. I called the manager Andreas and he did not seem to care at all. He told me, "No one who works there has blonde hair." He failed to even acknowledge the fact that a hair was still found in my food. He didn't offer a refund and didn't care. Then he hung up on me! I very very polite by the way. Be aware of this location. It's not very clean. Rude...

This is a hard one to rate, as their food quality is not consistent. When it's fresh it's really quite tasty, and I love the fries/fry seasoning. When the mall is slower, or toward the end of the day the quality sometimes goes downhill, but never to the point of disgust. The portions are large, and the price isn't any more expensive than any of the other eateries in the mall.

I'd say that at the worst the food is better than most of the other places to eat here. It's not by any means authentic, amazing Greek food, but the setting alone should tell you that. If you are looking for a decent bite while at the mall, you won't go...

I had the best lunch experience here today. It was my first time trying greek food and so i wasnt sure of what I was in for. Great food and customer service. The whole time i was there i noticed absolutely 100% staff dedication,it showed they all loved working there and you could tell by the great quality of food and service. Thank you Mr owner, my friend Caroline and I are greatful for the free deserts too. I just wish there were other Locations in other malls,but with that being said I will definitely be back to try out the rest of your wonderful...
