Talk about putting lipstick on a pig... the upfront conversations with Experience Guide team were very promising. What was included in the house and the VIP package seemed great. The pictures of the house we rented looked amazing. All of that hype changed when we got to the house. Bad looking area of town. The outside of the house looked like the other rundown houses in the neighborhood. There were bags of trash sitting in the yard all weekend. When we got in the house, we were greeted with a representative of the company. He was nice, informative, and thorough. The handbook of house and area information he gave us was only useful when it came to checkout procedures. The lights in the house were controlled electronically, and it was always a pain to try to change the lights to a normal white color instead of blue or to turn the lights on or off. Sometimes the Echo didn't work but when it did, the commands were only understood half of the time. AC could not easily make it to the top floor where there is sleeping for at least 10 people, making it very hot at night. For bedrooms, some were packed with bunk beds and small twins. Some mattresses were on the floor. Beds were not cleanly made when we arrived. Only one piece of furniture was in great shape (a couch in the basement). Otherwise there were stains, rips, wobbly legs, etc. Some furniture just had sheets or blankets thrown over them to hide the issues. One bunk bed in the basement had the ladder against the wall, so no one could get to the top bunk. The basement was only partially finished, so sounds from the pipes and the air handler (exposed in the basement) were amplified, making it hard for people to sleep in the basement. For sleeping capacity for 20ish people, there were only 2 showers and 3 toilets, with no toilet near the sleeping area in the basement. From the other advertised/primary features of the house such as the theater, pool table, game table, ping pong table, while they were functional, they appear to be placed there to take your attention away from the rest of the house. The hot tub is on a small stair landing that opens to the street and sidewalk, so you'd be exposed to the foot traffic of the bad neighborhood. The coffee maker still had coffee remnants/old filter from the previous renter. There was crud at the bottom of the water tank for the Keurig machine. We had to question the cleanliness of everything else or quality of anything in the kitchen. There was a checklist for the cleaning crew that was definitely not completed. As a group, we decided to spend little time at the house. The walkability of the house's location was the biggest upside. Restaurants, bars, and some activities were within 10-15 min walk. Needless to say, at this time, I would not recommend...

TL:DR - longer review below. Stayed at their new Scottsdale, AZ house. This is the service I didn’t know I need! All I had to do was show up with a toothbrush and clothes and be ready to party! Skylar and Courtney and the people there really take care of you!
The Experience: I stayed at their new property in Scottsdale, AZ. Skylar and Courtney did an amazing job taking care of me and the guests!! They personally handled my transportation and activities and stocked the fridge with anything I could want to drink! In fact they even did welcome shots with me! I thought they were joking when they said there were golf carts that will take you around Scottsdale…but trust me…they are real! No worries about getting caught drinking and driving and a fun way to see the city. Also was taken to the best spots and with the perfect mix of the best local spots and more popular places. We hit up a bunch of great bars and even a Pizza Festival! The best part is that we honestly didn’t have to lift a finger - just showed up and everything was taken care of…felt like Kings!!!
The Property: The property is fun, modern, sleek, and Insta-worthy!! Where do I start? Projector screen and HUGE comfy couch that is great for chilling! If you want music or LED lights - Alexa everywhere turns things on and off for you and good speakers everywhere hook you up with Spotify for whatever mood you wanna play! . Each room has a cool theme to it and the wallpapers and neon signs are super fun! I got my own room in the casita/in-law - which had its own kitchen, bathroom w/ shower and was honestly a house on its own. The bed was comfortable too. Loved the smart TVs everywhere and the ping pong table was a good touch. The backyard has a big pool, bar area, fire pit, and this dope mural - it’s the perfect vibe!
Honestly - it was one of the best ways to do a trip and I’d definitely recommend them for any groups of bachelors or bachelorettes - or in my case just some friends who wanted to hang out and celebrate. The people at Experience Guide make this whole thing even better - it’s the way you’re treated and how everything is taken care of. Basically you just fly in have an stress-free and great time till your flight takes off! I’ll definitely be staying...
Read moreI booked the Denver Party Palace for my bachelor party with a group of 10 and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. From the start, Skyler was helpful & accommodating regarding the planning of our trip, and provided professional communication throughout the entire process. We were given a “Top 5” list with suggestions in every category you can ask for, from the breweries & dispensaries Denver is famous for to restaurants of every variety, including but not limited to steakhouses, breakfast places, & food trucks. The pricing was fair for the amount of people & the location of the property, and thankfully enough beds are provided that it did not require anyone to have to double up.
As far as the house, a first time Denver visitor could not ask for a better set up. The few minutes’ walk to Larimer is both desirable for the convenience of being close to where most of the action occurs, and satisfying as you aren’t TOO close to the crowds. The beginning & end of every day was a joy as well, with the rental providing entertainment in the form of beer pong/ping pong table & accessories, pop-a-shot in the basement, TV & entertainment centers, plus an entire cabinet with smoking supplies that we were entirely too eager to partake in.
In addition to the house & hospitality, we were also able to use an Experience Guide LLC shuttle & driver (special shout out to Michael) for travel to & from the airport, as well as taking us to our reservation at a Steakhouse about 30 minutes from the property. The shuttle is alcohol friendly, which was well received by our group, and the drive itself felt very safe & professional.
Obviously I can only speak in detail about the Denver house, but I hold both the company & Skyler in very high regard, and would recommend them to anyone interested in the product &...
