Clean, bright salon with good, quality services. I was visiting from out of town and pleased they were able to give me a last minute appointment right before Thanksgiving, even though they were super busy. The gel manicure was $30 - very affordable - and so far, has barely chipped 2 weeks later. I didn’t get my technician’s name, but she was very efficient and meticulous. I think I was in and out in half an hour. This would probably be my go-to salon if I was local! Even though I’m happy with my nails, paying for the bill at the end was a very awkward experience and the only reason I’m not rating this place five stars. I paid the technician $40 in cash; she had already started with another customer but just kind of stood there and stared at me when I waited for change. I kind of took the hint and just said “keep the change” because that’s clearly what she was expecting. I was already planning on tipping >25% for the great job, so what’s another few dollars, but the presumption left a poor taste.

I got my nails done here this afternoon approximately 4:30 p.m. When I was finished I noticed all of my Polish was bubbled, I mention it to the technician who sat in the 1st desk nearest the Front door, and her remedy was to put clear Polish over it rather than fixing it. So I then ask for a discount, and she said we don't give discounts ever! So she said she had a customer she couldn't Fix them, Not to mention as you could see in the pictures I've posted, my cuticles were cut to the point where they were bleeding and the work was very sloppy and unprofessional. As you could see the residue all over my cuticles and have the audacity to still charge me for this very sloppy work I'm extremely unhappy, I'm also a nail technician myself for 17 years and I would never leave a customer walking away from services with me, in this condition..... Horrible customer service, no remedy to this hot mess that I walked away with! I have a special occasion this evening and I'm fully embarrassed!!

If you go here make sure you ask for Jenny! I had a pretty bad experience with another nail tech and thankfully Jenny turned it around. I asked for coffin shaped nails with my original tech and she said okay. When she was done shaping they were thick square so I showed her a picture of coffin shape. She then tried to make my pinky nail (shown below) coffin and made one side diagonal and the other straight. I asked her to even it out and she told me “I was being too picky” and that she “tried her best” but couldn’t do coffin shape and made a big scene talking to her coworkers. I can appreciate that she tried but telling me I’m being too picky for asking for my nails to be even and a common shape is beyond rude. Jenny came to take over and within minutes was able to make my nails coffin shape! They ended up being decent. Their prices are good but the service isn’t the best. Just make sure you have a tech there that you like!

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for over ten years. I’ve seen everyone. I even helped the owner/manager with phones, last time I was there and they were down. I know they sometimes tell you to take a seat when you will provably still wait 15 min. I expect that anywhere . Today was different but perhaps it’s because the owner/manager wasn’t there like he normally is. After today’s experience I will probably not go back. I walked in for a mani pedi and was told to go pick a color and sit in a chair. A woman came and started my pedicure. About five minutes in, after she cut my nails but before she could even ask which pedicure I wanted, an older woman walked in and informed my nail tech that she had an appointment and wanted the tech to stop my pedicure, find someone else to finish me, and do hers. The nail tech told her she was busy and would be with her in 20 min. The woman was unhappy as no one was able to start hers immediately. The tech told me I would still have a full pedicure and I assumed I would be given the menu to pick the one I wanted, as they always do. However, the tech proceeded to rush through mine and finished less than five minutes later. I was only given one coat of paint and my heals were still rough. I wasn’t given the options to pick which pedi I wanted. My toes were just painted and I was rushed to an empty manicure table and told to wait for someone else. I looked around and no one was close to being ready. My toes were already smudged from the rushed exit. I asked to speak to a manager and the woman looked around for a few seconds and told me there wasn’t one there but one would be there later. I’m not sure if that’s true but I decided to pay for the basic pedicure and leave. It wasn’t even a basic pedicure. I wasted my time. I have to go somewhere else for a manicure and to fix my pedicure. I was treated very badly. She shouldn’t have started doing mine if she had an appointment at the same time. She should have given me the full services she started. There are several other nail salons in Lowry. I’ll try those. Hopefully they’ll treat me a little better. I don’t recommend this place unless you’re prepared to be rushed in and out and...

It takes a lot for me to be unhappy with a place to the point where I have to write a review. When I initially came in a lot of the workers there asked me why I’m there which is expected. I said I’m getting a gel pedicure several times since several people asked me. I was then told to wash my hands which I did and then I was seated in a chair which wasn’t 100% ready for someone to sit in. Once someone came to do my toes they asked me if I chose a color yet. To which I responded no. I was told to pick a color off the wall and I specifically asked “is it gel?” And the woman repeated herself to pick a color off the wall. I hesitantly did and brought it over and continued my pedicure. The foot bath water was SO cold. I told the lady it’s cold and she turned on the hot water for a little. Water was still cold but I decided not to waste my energy on them anymore. Once she started to paint my nails she realized I asked for a gel pedicure and the polish I brought over was not gel. So THEN she brought me the little basket with all the gel colors. She continued to do a poor gel pedicure. Reason I say it’s a poor a job is because it cured on my skin which is super uncomfortable and it’s messy. Not to mention my big toe has this indent on the nail. I got a gel pedicure because I didn’t want my toes to get messed up like they usually do when I get regular polish. I knew I should’ve left the minute I walked in and everyone kind of treated me like a burden even though I had an appointment set and everything. I wouldn’t recommend this place even to people...

I went in to go get a pedicure and a gel manicure, I've come here a few times in the past and had great experiences but this time was far from great. I picked out a color for my toes and a match for my gel. The lady doing my pedicure was very rough and the pedicure was very uncomfortable. She kept pinching my skin with her nails, butchered my skin cutting my cuticles and did gel on my toes when I didn't ask for that and had given her a polish from the wall that she didn't use obviously. One of my toes touched the lamp when she was curing the polish and she didn't bother fixing it, she applied the final clear polish and I said something to the lady who was starting my manicure while I was still getting my pedicure which made the pedicure even more uncomfortable. After the lady was informed about fixing my toes she half ass fixed it and told me it was my fault. After the pedicure was done the lady doing my manicure moved me to her station to finish my nails which also looking crappy and have bubbles in the polish and have already chipped on two of my nails. I will never come back here or recommend this place to anyone. I will have to go somewhere else to get my gel manicure done the right way. I also saw the lady put the toe separators she used on me back in her cart which makes me thinks she reuses them. Not very sanitary. I didn't see a autoclave to sterilize the instruments or see any new packs of instruments...
