7/10. Air conditioned toilet, enough said. Just that.. the urinal is behind that right toilet stall door, which is slightly inconvenient.. having a door you pushed aside slowly greet your bum halfway taking a piss. Anyways, food was good! Chinese operators serving Japanese, which.. is a lot more common than first expected here. Sashimi was fresh, though the lunch sashimi set doesn’t even come with a bowl of rice, which $4? That’s a bad indicator. Still, eel sushi was average but hit the spot. Vibe was alright, not too crowded around 1pm. Spent about $40+ for the sushi, and sashimi lunch set - though you get a free salad or miso soup. A bit much for one person, for one meal. So don’t come expecting to be filled for cheap. You can probably get away with spending around $20 if you weren’t a hungry fella like I was that day. Overall not too bad, but not good enough to warrant the journey to come all the way here, unless of course, I was already serendipitously nearby. Enjoy.

Worst sushi restaurant I’ve dealt with in Denver. Ordered online said delivery or pick up in 30 minutes. Ordered at 7:02, no updates, reached out to sushi harbor at 7:56 to see where my order was after the email said 45 minutes instead of the website’s 30. They were still waiting for someone to pick it up. But over 90 minutes post order, the food is finally here, the tempura is cold, only one set of chopsticks for a relatively large order. What an absolutely terrible experience. Also, shout out to the almost $7 delivery fee for a delivery that was supposed to be delivered at 732, then 747, but finally just left outside with no door lock when I checked outside at 840PM. I have to make an adjustment, after looking under two random pieces of cardboard, found a second set of chopsticks, coincidentally warmer than the tempura.

If I could rate this place many, any more stars I would. This is the best sushi In Denver by far. You can tell it is fresh, but also the atmosphere is there as well. I started with miso soup which came out quickly. The decision on what to get was hard because everything sounded amazing. The food came out quickly. Not only was the presentation appetizing, the food was some of the best sushi ive had by far. They know what they are doing here and I recommend this place over any sushi place in denver.please don't listen to any review lower to mine as this is the place to be for sushi. Update:: I also had asked for a roll that I was craving and they were able to hit the nail on the head and produce something that fed my craving.

I'd like to be able to give this place five stars, but I can't Because of an incident that occurred on 2/6. I placed an order online via the website. Shrimp Tempura Bento Box and Chicken Gyota appetizer. I realized when I got home and saw my food that Is received a Shrimp Tempura dinner, not a Bento Box. I called, the man I spoke to swore I'd ordered what I had received and offered no courtesy; I was tired, it was late, I let it go. A few days later, I place a new order and notice the app has saved my previous order history. It clearly shows BENTO BOX not Dinner. I called again and asked for a manager only to be told by the woman who answered that there was no manager available. Hmmm.. so, I shared my dilemma w/them, only to be blown off, for the second time. Basically, giving every excuse under the sun for why it was the app and MY fault. The tempura is good, the prices are reasonable, the customer service leaves much to be desired, if you have a problem.

11/3/20 EDIT: I've continued to patronize this restaurant despite my previous experience as I enjoy their Tempura. Well, today I ordered "extra, EXTRA crispy" tempura and... they hit the ball out of the park! Fried to the perfect crispy, crunchy doneness! You've earned an upgrade to a full 4 stars!...

You would think that a restaurant would treat long time, generous, returning customers well, but that is not the case with Sushi Harbor. We have eaten at the restaurant many, many times, and tipped the staff well each and every time, but will not be back. The last two times we have eaten here, we have waited FOREVER for our food, while diners who were seated well after we ordered received their meals. This first time it happened, two weeks ago, we figured it was a fluke. We ate there tonight, a Sunday evening, with our adult son, and with the restaurant 1/3 full, and watched other patrons who were seated after us, order, eat and leave the restaurant before our food was prepared. We ordered straightforward sushi, mackerel, fresh water eel and red snapper, nothing complicated. Obviously, Sushi Harbor doesn’t value our business, and that’s...
