SNAG — Local services in Denver

Sharing my experience here since the business isn't allowing my review to publish on their site. Online store ratings for them are inaccurate and dishonest.

First off, the hats are great. Quality is solid, fit is nice, and the design is exactly as advertised. I would have had a slightly below-average experience had I just stuck with this first order (which had delays from inventory issues that I had to reach out myself to be made aware of), but I made a second order in good faith hoping for it to have just been a fluke.

My second order was made, but once again I made the mistake of buying an item that was not accurately represented by their online stock so I opted to take the refund for the purchase. I inquired about a third hat through email since it was apparent the online inventory was inaccurate and was told yet again that the item is not in stock even though I would have easily been allowed to purchase it and be charged.
