Eleven11 Laser + Skincare — Local services in Denver

Over the course of the last 15 years or so I've had laser at several places in Denver. I've tried various Groupon gimmicks and other package type deals from some of the chain places and I can tell you that they just don't work and are a waste of money. They don't update their machines and that's why you get those deals. Vasu is different, I could tell from the first time I went. I had lower legs done and had a drastic difference in my leg hair and underarm in just one visit! I did not expect that and was hooked and bought a package! The lasers they use here are current and state of the art. After four visits my under arms are completely bare and I am sure I will never have to deal with that again and I am so excited about that! I can't emphasize this enough it's very important to understand what machine they are using, and be sure you were dealing with a professional. You want quality service and machines and Vasu truly delivers.

After years of so-so or not at all results I will admit I was a total skeptic coming in. Of course that all changed pretty quick. Enough so that I was curious what else they offered. I ended up dabbling in some other skincare options they offered including silk peel, Microderm, and micro-needling. All three again are done on a state of the art machine, no corners cut. The services were beyond my expectations and so are the results again! I can't emphasize enough how much I love this place. I really trust the women who work there with my skin... you can tell that they care and ask a lot of questions to be sure they understand my needs. Kristina was very nice but the services are WAY overpriced and prices are not listed anywhere. I had to ask the price before my facial and was quoted $230 after discussing what I wanted, then at check out I was told $280 and that the dermaplaning was an extra $50 even though we had talked about all of it before I asked the price.... Very deceptive. Also, no wrap (I wore my T-shirt the whole time), no steam, no neck massage, no arm/hand massage. I paid $175 MORE at Eleven11 than I do for an identical service I regularly get elsewhere that does include all the things I mentioned above. Very disappointed in the lack of transparency in their pricing and the insane price tag for a facial that was missing all the bells and whistles. I definitely do NOT recommend unless you want half the facial for more than double the price.

UPDATE The owners reached out after reading my initial review. They were eager to hear my concerns and understand how they could do better in the future. They vowed to train their team to explain services and prices more clearly. They also refunded the $50 for the dermaplaning that I was not told upfront was an add on to the service I was receiving. What can I say. Katie is the best! I have had several Silk Peels (one every month) and my skin glows. I do them every month as part of my regular skincare maintenance routine. Mail - Laser Pro did my laser today and let me tell you. I was having anxiety because I was having the Brazilian laser and it didn’t hurt at all. I am excited to get back in 4 weeks for my second treatment. While I was there I had my legs done too. Why did I wait so long!! They are have great specials so go in and see my ladies ! ❤️
