I hired Javier for our wedding as our florist and wedding coordinator and am so happy with the service we were provided. I was able to send him all of my ideas for flowers for our wedding and wedding party, to include my bouquet. Along with my ideas, I let him know what my budget was for everything. Javier kept notes of everything and made all of my wishes come true from the bouquets, to the boutonniere, to our Chuppah and all of the flowers placed around the venue. They were gorgeous! The flowers were delivered to the venue the morning of our Wedding, helped the venue staff make the event so beautiful with candles and décor. He even picked up our wedding cake the morning of and made sure it was placed in the refrigerator safe and sound. I am very happy with the flowers!

We also hired Javier as our day of wedding coordinator. He was fantastic! He went with me- the bride, to every appointment I had with the venue staff and chef. He helped to create the floor plan for our venue and provide many other helpful ideas. He laminated our timeline and followed it every step of the way. The wedding was so organized and seamless to my knowledge because Javier was taking care of all of the questions and executing how the flow of the day and evening was to go. I ordered a bouquet for my mother's birthday 2 days in advance. Called the morning of at about 11:00 to confirm and was told it would be delivered in about an hour. It was never delivered and I had to call them at 8:30 to find out what happened, since I never received a call or anything! They didn't answer so I left a massage. When they called me back, they told me that the driver said "it didn't look like anyone was there" so they didn't even bother to stop! I proceeded to call them back when they answered and hung up on me. Then I called back and left message that I was upset and this was horrible customer service! He called me back immediately and said he issued a refund but I have not received it yet.... DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! My mother waited two hours at work after she was off on her birthday for something that never came! Horrible customer service and NO regard for...

The flowers were beautiful, but that's it...their arrival was at the end of the day (and thus the end of her birthday), and the balloon was let-go of and gone prior to delivery. I was told a new balloon would be delivered the next day, however it was not. After calling the next week to relay my frustration, I was told a new bouquet and balloon would be delivered. They were, after attempting to deliver at the wrong address (across the street), and then called to have someone meet them to avoid security (note: there's a simple process for this to facilitate such deliveries). Their website to leave a review was not linked properly, which is their benefit. It appears some employees here are unable to meet the demands of the job and follow-through with going the extra mile. I cannot recommend this business...
