On December 19th I came in for my first lash lift and tint ever! The appointment was easy to make online and after completing some paperwork I was immediately seen at my scheduled appointment time. I loved the comfortable vibe and everyone I interacted with was nice. I had a few questions about the procedure that the technician was able to answer. The was one the technician could not answer but she made sure to search for information on it.

After the lash service was finished a mirror was handed to me; my lashes looked fantastic and just they way I wanted them to look. I experienced some burning after opening my eyes but the technician rinsed my eyes to help with it and thought the end result was perfect. However, about 15 minutes after leaving the salon I noticed they continued to curl. After doing some research it seems that the perm solution wasn't washed off completely so my lashes continued to perm after I left. Now my lashes have a C-shaped curl and touch my brow bone an uncomfortable amount. I can feel the bottoms of my lashes on my eye (a sensation like sand in your eyes) when I blink. Thankfully my lashes did not get damaged and the dryness I am experiencing is to be expected from receiving a chemical treatment on my lashes. I was told after the appointment what aftercare to do but I never received an aftercare sheet.

Can't speak on the quality of the other services offered at the salon but I would suggest maybe booking with one of their more experienced technicians.

I'll start with a general review of the place, then my favorite aesthetician. I cannot recommend this place enough. Clean, attractively designed spaces for each appointment are welcoming and comfortable. Scheduling appointments is a breeze. I feel compelled to buy a product or two nearly every time I finish an appointment, but it is not due to pressure from staff, it's because of the results I have been noticing (immediately after an appointment, but also longer term after trying sample products/recommendations). The staff that I have met have all been very friendly and helpful.

Dayna Connolly, the aesthetician I have been seeing, is a rare gem. After dealing with horrible skin since moving to Denver from the east coast last year, I was desperate to finally do something to clear the issue and bring out my normal face once again. She came to my rescue with confidence and tact.

My limited vocabulary does no justice for how much I appreciate the friendliness, empathy, and knowledge that Dayna shared with me at each appointment I have had. From my initial meeting, where she discussed my issues and what may be causing them, to taking extensive time post-appointment to lay out a timeline and regimen, Dayna has been nothing but extremely pleasant, informative, and reassuring. It has been a few weeks now, and my face has not been this clear in months. I am also inept at makeup, and she instructed me on how to use some products without judging or making me feel like an idiot for having no clue what I am doing. I cannot recommend this place or Dayna...

I do not have enough great words for how amazing Joanne did on my eyebrows!!! I got them micro-bladed almost two weeks ago, and they are honestly one of the best decisions I've ever made. They are so natural looking, which is exactly what I wanted. They're still healing and will need to be touched up in a few weeks, but I already love how they've turned out. Joanne starts off lighter so that you can always go darker if you wish to. I have already had family members and friends comment on how great they look and that they're now considering getting theirs done based off how well mine turned out. Joanne was great. She made sure I understood the entire process, how to care for the brows, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I also love that she was a perfectionist when it came to drawing them on. She really took the time to get the shaping and coloring just right. I am a natural blonde (but also dyed platinum), which can be difficult to match, but she nailed it. I was recommended to her by a friend, who has natural light reddish-brown hair, and Joanne nailed that coloring as well. 10/10 would recommend! The salon itself is clean, cozy, and welcoming, and the staff is very friendly and helpful! **to anyone who is concerned about the pain, everyone's pain tolerance is different, but I would say it feels like a sunburn for a couple hours after the numbing gel has worn off. You'll have to care for your brows, i.e. not sweating, not exposing them to sun, for two weeks, but I can't stress enough how...
