I can’t say enough about my experience at Aerie in the Deptford Mall, thanks to Mackenzie. I work a lot and always put others first, so I haven’t treated myself to new clothes in over a year. Shopping has always felt exhausting and discouraging for me…clothes never seem to fit, and I usually leave empty handed and upset.

From the moment I walked in, Mackenzie completely changed that. I told her how long I’d been putting this off and how defeated I usually feel. She listened without judgment and guided me through the store with such kindness and patience. She helped me find pieces I actually felt comfortable in, brought clothes to the fitting room, and even laid them out by outfit to make it easier. She never pressured me to buy, but when she mentioned a credit card promotion that could save me 40%, she explained it in such a genuine and helpful way that I decided to go for it.

At first, I had about $170 worth of clothing, but with Mackenzie’s encouragement and expert eye, I kept finding things that truly fit and flattered me. I ended up andding over $1,000 without hesitation something I never imagined doing because I finally felt good in what I was wearing. Mackenzie even offered to hold my items so I could check out the neighboring store and gave me tips on which jeans would fit me best.

Thanks to her, I saved over $620 and left not only with amazing clothes but also with a huge boost of confidence. This was by far the best shopping experience of my life, and it turned what is usually a dreaded chore into an absolute treat.
