There's a woman named Megan who has gone above and beyond every time I call or come in to help a middle aged man like me to clearly understand something before I leave or hang up. She's knowledgeable and patient and is able to break it down to the elementary explanation that I need. She points me to the accessories I need, but doesn't become pushy and tries to upsell me. If you want an iPhone, don’t go here. I went on a Monday morning, they stated that they didn’t have any but they would order one and it would be there Tuesday or Wednesday and they would call me. I called Wednesday and they said maybe they would have one that afternoon or Thursday. Friday night I get a call saying that they have an iPhone XR when they were supposed to order me an iPhone X. What could have been a very stressful day was made a really great experience. We bought a phone at Best Buy...they told us they could not get it to link up to Boost. We brought it over to Boost... ZEEK was great from the moment we walked into the store!. He had to do an update on the phone since it was a pre-owned phone. It still didn't work... we took it back to Best Buy and got a refund and came right back to your Boost Store and Zeek sold us a new iPhone, a case and a charger block. He set it all up for us.
