Kids Kastle — Local services in Deptford Township

I brought my granddaughter, who's almost 3. It kept her interest for about 20 minutes. I was wondering why on the Saturday there was no one else there when we arrived. The cost was $25 to jump on the 2 bounce houses, basketball game and another few arcade games ( It was the hockey puc game and I believe one more) and also to drive around on their remote dinosaurs Which she did really like. She took a dinosaur ride and then went back in for a few minutes and then wanted to ride on another dino. When we asked, we were told that we would have to pay again to ride on the other dinosaur. Decided To leave shortly after that. In my opinion it wasn't worth the $25. It was the first play place that hasn't captured her interest for a long period of time. At other play places she would play for 2 hours or more. It would have been nice if they had a little ball pit for some of the younger kids to play in. We won't...

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They told me the cost was $35. The lady at the front took my card and tapped it on another phone on a square reader. Not sure why she had two phones to do a transaction. Never gave me a receipt, I didn’t sign. Just gave me tokens and two wristbands. Once I got home I checked my bank and saw the place charged me $75. When I called to ask them about it, they gave me the run around and made me talk to several people then told me I needed proof I was there and charged that amount because they have no transaction in their system for the time frame I was there, for the amount I was charged or the correct amount. However, I have pictures and videos of being there at the time frame mentioned and we were the only family there the entire time. It seems like they have some sort of scam going on. This place is great! Especially for toddlers, I came in with my newborn (sleeping in stroller) my 20 month old son and 3 year old niece who were sleep deprived and little terrors lol! They didn’t want to shop anymore so I took them and let my sister do what she needed. The lady there helped me so much! She helped take rides on the little power pets around the front of the store! Played the games with the kids so I could tend to the other one, etc. I would have been sweating, and running between all 3 kids and she made it a breeze! She went Above and beyond!!
