I got my 2nd piercing done by a worker named DeJa. She was super funny and kept me, my mom, and my friend happy during the entire interaction. There was also a male worker (I forgot his name) which was also super funny. The piercing only took a few minutes and was only $30. I love this place because it has super cute jewelry that's always on sale. However last year I came here and there was a blonde cashier there. I wanted to purchase 2 pairs of earrings and she asked if I wanted to buy 3 more pairs (I assume there was a sale) I politely said no thanks and she kind of shot me a weird look. Staff is very rude, shady and pushy. One worker was pushing me to buy 4 more items i repeatedly told her no on. Other one was staring me down as in intimidation. I believe the cashier tried to scam me out of money. On Tuesday October 24th 2023 she charged me 28.99 for only a 13 dollar purchase of a couple items. When I told her about it she immediately looked scared and uncomfortable started having a shady smile and said oh sorry I forgot to give you the mark downs on these items that are on the clearance shelf. Good evening Google Family. I visited the mall to look around for some outfits. But I wanted an anklet, been dying to get one for awhile. I saw this place and I decided on this particular anklet. Sophia, the associate was very nice and accommodating. She rang me up. One thing about my anklet, I thought it was too pricey, $17.99 and with the tax it was $19.18. A bit much, but I purchased it .
