My sister came here to get a ring, the employee who assisted her was aggressive to begin with. You can tell she was ready to get her sale lol. She was on the younger side. When my sister finished her transaction, she showed me her ring after I was looking around the store and I told her it looked loose and that she should get a size smaller since we're here already. She goes back to the same young employee and asked to change the size to a smaller size and the employee just gave her an annoyed look and called over an older employee with short blond hair, which I assumed was in a higher position since she needed her to do something in the computer in order to make the change. We were both literally standing right in front of them and the younger employee who was helping my sister told the older employee that "she wants to get a smaller size now" and the other employee rolled her eyes and smirked and then the younger one laughed and said "I know". My sister and I looked at eachother realizing we both noticed it. Afterwards we just glared at them and left after getting the size needed. The older one was so confused as to why I was glaring at her. How oblivious can you be to not realize how nasty you are in front of others? At the time we were just too tired to start a fuss. It's funny because they couldnt just talk all that trash in the back? Or at least wait till we left ? LOL do they think they become invisible and sound proof behind the counter ? It's hilarious to see how they can get so worked up over their job. They must hate their job so much to be that miserable together in that little store. It sucks because if you live in the area, this is the closest one you can go to when things online are out of stock that they have in store instead. If you end up going there, don't let them step...

I was told I only had the limited warranty for the charm that broke, and that it needed to be exchanged for the same one. I asked Danielle if she could check around and asked if it would be in another state. She said no, it shouldnât be. Until she looked and indeed it was in another state. I asked then asked her if I had the extended warranty, could I receive store credit. Danielle said I didnât buy one so no. I then repeated my question since she didnât understand it the first time. She then replied yes, you can get stored credit for a bracelet if you have the protection plan which is $8 per charm. Danielle then advised me to call each store and make sure they have them in stock. When I asked if she could call in to the store and check for me, she told me no, we donât do that hereâŠâŠ.
Macyâs does a better job with their warranties and customer service. This place is abysmal. Never going to again, I express this enough. I will only be going to Tiffany & Co....
Read moreWent to Pandora to exchange a beautiful bracelet my boyfriend got for me for Christmas for a size up. We arrived to the line, two people ahead of us and gave our name and were told we could be cared for shortly. 30 minutes go by and I ask how much longer it would be. Keep in mind there are at least 10 people âbrowsingâ in the store, but we were told they had to check in to be assisted and not to worry. 45 minutes go by and I ask the woman why people were just walking in and being assisted when they didnât check in and a line of 10 people were waiting for over an hour. I then asked how long the wait was actually going to be and she stated at least an hour if not more. I will never shop at pandora again. In fact, I plan on returning my item and getting a refund to spend else where. One day after Christmas with 3 workers taking a very long time, almost purposely nearing very close to the mall closing time. Very unprofessional, no time frame given to people waiting over an hour. Taking walk ins before customers in line even with waiting customers asking why. Would not recommended this...
