please do not go to this store. i had to replace my iphone 6s battery because my phone wouldn’t charge. so i go to the store and ask for a replace and charged me 60$ and lied to me saying it was a “real” apple battery. and how i know it’s not real is because my iphone can’t detect how apps are using my battery the most and the new battery health settings doesn’t work either. so a week later we go back up to the mall and ask for a replacement. he gives us dirty looks and says it will be done in a hour. we couldn’t stay to watch if he actually did but we come back not even a hour later. maybe 20-30 mins and he’s says it was done. he was working on a phone before that too so i thinking how the hell did he do it so fast. so when i get home i still have the same problem and my phone acts really slow around 36%. he didn’t do a damn thing a lied to us. i’m should be getting a refund this week. again please don’t waste your time and money at this store. there are store out their that sell it for cheaper and better performance.

I had an outstanding experience at Talk N Fix. I called and spoke with the owner and asked if they could repair the broken screen of my Note 9. I was pleased they had my screen in stock amnd he told me if I came in right away he would have it fixed ASAP and he would give me a good price.

Once I arrived, the technician was super savvy and proficient. He fixed my phone in less than an hour but he did a high quality job. Not only was the screen fixed in the process, but so was the audio microphone. With the Samsungs, the screen is a complete interface that comes off as a unit, so I basically got a brand new phone.
