CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Derry Township

I have to give the pharmacists and the pharmacy technicians big huge Thank you! I would give them 10 stars if I could! For one they work hard and you can just see how busy they are while waiting on a prescription. I had a lady call to make sure we were alright a day after picking up a couple weeks ago. I wish I would have wrote a review then. I cant remember her name but, she is so sweet and has glasses. Then today a situation arised out of our control through insurance, a doctors office shutting their doors without notice, needing a letter for life saving meds right before vacation. My hubby didn't think he was going to be able to go. I had 3 people I had seen or talked with through the day that were so helpful and kind. A miracle happened when a pharmacist called and he gave a solution that either way my husband would get his meds before vacation. Long story long...Thank you, thank you!! Wonderful...

This pharmacy calls my cell number on a regular basis about a patients prescriptions. I am not that patient. I've made 4 attempts now where I called them and told them the number in thier system is not for the proper person. I live substantially outside the range of that pharmacy. The people that answer the phone at the Hershey pharmacy suggest I need to "contact thier corporate center" (without providing any info) and let them know the issue. I did my due diligence in letting them know they have the wrong number. It should be the pharmacys priority to resolve the issue. Today I just got a call about the prescription running out. If I got that call that means the patient did not.

Incompetence!

First time at this pharmacy. Horrible experience. Instead of helping you and teach you how their system works they just blame each other. All of them talk to you with attitude and disrespect. I do understand everyplace have different ways of doing things, but there are ways to educate. Instead they just don’t care and throw you to the next window. Everyone seems miserable working there. And please, change your phone system is not helping at all new customers. Google is forcing me to give them at least one star but they do not...
