Great first time experience!!!! After explaining i have fine hair, Ryan scheduled me for a hair cut with Heather H. I was pleasantly surprised from the start. The chairs in waiting area were surprisingly comfortable. More unexpectedly, the shampoo bowl chairs are placed perfectly! I was very comfortable while Heather washed my hair. Heather completed the experience by making me feel satisfied with my cut. My hair feels softer and healthy again! I must add I was visiting Fever after having a horrible experience at a different local salon that had ruined my hair so much that I was afraid it would fall out. Heather made it seem like it never happened. My hair feels fantastic again! I will definitely return for repeat services. 5 STARS! I'm writing this review in part because another kind soul shared their plight after a 27 year relationship with their stylist and had to find another. I went to get a shoulder length type of hair cut by Marissa. I had to go to a completely different salon in a different town to get my hair cut done for a 3rd time. My review for that experience is a 5 star, please see on the Haven hair salon review page. My first time at Fever hair salon there was hair left all over my face and neck where i had to shower when i got home. The hair cut was done very choppy and the right side was thicker than the left. She didn't wash the right side of my hair, like didn't fully shampoo the right side as it was dry and she probably spent no more than 10 minutes cutting my hair. The second time she did take more time but it was cut into a completely different haircut and needed to be fixed even more than the first time. I have updated this review to a 2 star because i was able to get my haircut fixed by the assistant manager hair stylist at the Haven hair salon and the owner was so kind and understanding of my situation, she coordinated for me to have my hair totally re-done,...

While visiting Hershey for an event, my hair needed to be done for a semi-formal event Saturday evening. I checked goggle for hair salons; saw Fever and noticed that the salon closed at 3pm on Saturday. I decided to take a chance and walked in about 2pm. I was greeted by Tiffany with a smile who invited me to sit at her station to do my hair. I was excited that I would be able to get my hair done. I'm an African American and was happy Tiffany would be able to do my hair, which is very short and shaved on the right side. Tiffany did a wonderful job and my hair came out beautifully. I received so many compliments. Today, I phoned the salon and Tiff answered the phone and I asked if I could move her to New Jersey because she did such a great job on my hair. When and if I'm in the Hershey area again, I will make it a point to visit the Fever Salon and Tiffany. ...
