I would give more stars if possible. Over the summer we visited Hershey Park and then spent some time at the Hershey Outlets. I had great success at the Loft Outlet. Recently I went back to the Loft in hopes of finding a particular item, and discovered I was not able to get the item in New Jersey. Additionally, Loft Outlet no longer has an online ordering option. I contacted the Hershey outlet directly to see if they had the items I wanted, and they did. I ordered a gift card online, gave them the number on the card, and they placed my order. Best of all, the package came to me the very next day! I couldn't believe the fast turnaround time, and the friendliness of the store. I spoke with both Tanya and Chelsea. I hope I get to meet you in person the next time we visit Hershey. A+ customer service, in a time where we don't always get that or expect that. I am a very happy customer. Love you guys! ...
