Buckle — Local services in Des Peres

I have a...rather high charge account with Buckle. I've been to buckles around the country....Florida, North Carolina, Mall of America.....ive never felt before like the personnel couldn't care less, than I did yesterday. Typically I would say they are just a tad bothersome. At least they try to make sales. This last visit however, I felt like I couldn't get the girl to sell me anything. When I asked if she had a certain style of product, she just said, "oh well.....yeah we don't have that". No...looking online...no ....well, if I order this or that I can ship it to your doot....NADA!I tried to get information regarding possible sales. I felt as though I was bothering her. Start off by saying it really makes me sad having to give a bad rating because the clothes are sooo cute and I think reasonably priced. But the customer service has driven me away. I’m a bigger girl tall and a little bit of weight on me but buckles clothes still fit great. Non the less every single time I’ve went it I’ve been ignored every time. As someone who spent a decade managing 50 retail employees and 12 store managers, I was absolutely blown away by Haley’s customer service. She was so friendly, bubbly and knowledgeable. She truly went above and beyond to help me (even though it was my mistake, which is what true customer service is all about). Buckle in West County is beyond blessed to have her. Buckle should be proactive in keeping her and strive to make all new employees resemble her totally. I will no longer go to any other Buckle besides this one. 5 stars is not enough for my...
