Been going for 25+ years with no issues, last week I got a new script but right eye has been blurry, got an appt. for a re-check, Dr said my right eye showed more of a astigmatism this time, I asked if that’d make it blurry he replied with an attitude “ well if you’re OCD it might” either I either see well out of my new script or I don’t , well I don’t and I don’t appreciate the attitude! btw in 25 years this is the ONLY time I’ve ever questioned a new script from him. I do not recommend this place by any means. I had ordered the chicken with Chinese vegetables. I asked if it is made with brown sauce. They had confirmed it was. I drive home to Bonne Terre. My order had been made with this greasy white sauce. I called the restaurant they told me to bring the food back, no apologies where made. I get there and they take my order. I Watch them put my food inback into a pan and pour brown sauce over the already made food. I ask them after she hands me my order. Receptionists were rude, never updated my contact info after 2-3 phone calls, therefore there was a miscommunication about my appointment time. It was at 10:15 (i thought 10:30). I arrived at 10:27 and was told that i was marked as a no show because they had texted me (wrong number that was never updated). I was finally seen, after being 2 minutes past the 10 minute grace period. I had to sit and wait for the next customer to miss the 10 minute window and then stole their spot 😢 I got my prescription and went to Fredericktown Vision Center. MUCH MUCH MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE!
