This was a wonderful experience! The crew was very nice and attentive and provided a fun and relaxing sunset tour. We were a little bit late due to traffic, but we’re thankful the captain and crew waited on us and did not make us feel bad for it. They were very easy going and kind. Contrary to another person’s previous comment, this tour is well worth its cost and the captain DID make every effort to point out dolphin sightings along the route, though he can’t be expected to yeet a 70+ ft sailboat around to close proximity to every dolphin, especially with many other boats passing in the bay. As the website states, dolphin sightings weren’t guaranteed, but they did the best they could to provide that in the experience. Its not really marketed as a strictly dolphin sighting tour, though definitely a plus that is highly likely, so if dolphins are your only interest (not a breathtaking sunset view, hospitable crew, and overall lovely sailing experience on a big awesome sailboat), then you need to look for a dolphin specific tour. Also, as said complainer mentioned, there was a dog aboard, but she was a delight and only an added benefit to the tour itself. Our family did a sunset dolphin cruise with an amazing crew!! The guys were very assertive about what not to do as well as making sure everyone enjoyed themselves. They served wine and beer on the cruise and informing us what they do on the boat to ensure we were traveling safely to and from the ocean. The dolphins were very active when we went, which was back in the middle of May. All in all it was great experience, learned a little about sailing a boat, met the nicest bunch of sails men and saw some beautiful dolphins! And the sunset was pretty jaw dropping too! Let me start off by saying I never ever leave reviews however after paying almost $200.00 for less than a 2 hr tour I’m beyond frustrated and upset ! We leave late 2. The captain’s effort to get close to actively porpoising dolphins was not existent 3. There was a dog running around on sailboat 4. Lack of communication - very short . This cruise was not what it was portrayed to be at all. We chose this small tour in hopes it would be easier to view the scenery and dolphin activity. Boring and dull!
