I have tried many times to reach out to you privately but you have blocked my phone number and won’t respond to my emails, I would really appreciate it if you could reach out to me personally to discuss what you saw on your camera footage. I didn’t want to take this to a public forum to get an answer from you weeks later.

It’s funny that you say the “prices are displayed clearly” but they aren’t. I’ve tried several times outside of reviews to speak with someone about this issue with your company but still nothing. The reply to my cousins review was a joke, as I was trying to explain off of social media that Jason didn’t have the proper materials to complete the job, we'll get all of our pictures together and post them for you all to see the “quality work” that we paid for. For example my sisters got gold chains but he didn’t have gold jump rings so now they have gold chains with silver jump rings. My cousin had two charms that had different color and sized jump rings on hers. As for the pricing on the website from the non permanent chains the sterling silver is the same metal correct? So a sterling silver anklet that comes with a clasp would’ve been $40 and actually would’ve lasted longer than a week. My aunt had hers on her ankle for a whole 12 hours and unfortunately had to leave early the next morning so she couldn’t wait for you all to open the next day. What a SCAM. How is the world do you have prices on your website in the $30-$40 range but once it’s attached you charge $300 for an anklet that didn’t even last a week?!? You are scammers and I have contacted the Better Business Bureau. You deserve what is coming to you “business”. It’s shameful really. STAY FAR AWAY from this place! You should ensure your clients know that you will be charging 10x your website prices. If your employee would have informed us that if we cut them off we would not have been charged. This place has absolutely no display of the pricing. We looked on line before and all the jewelry that’s displayed is in the price range of $30-$40. I got a simple little gold chain with one little charm and when I went to pay it was $208! The bracelet was way too tight on my wrist and I had do have it refitted immediately. The kids working were nice but had no clue how to attach the bracelet and charm correctly so I now am traveling back home and will have go to my local jewelry store to have them fix the links that were left hanging and the charm that is on backwards. I have 6 permanent bracelets and none of them were even close to $200. This place is an Extremely overpriced...
