My family and I are on vacation and decided to try their the 7D ride. (Which we have all done before in different cities) Well my 5 year old daughter got scared and started crying and her dad picked her up. The female representative came in with an attitude and extremely rude as If she was our mother “What is this mess?” We told her she got scared and as I was attempting to take my daughter outside, she was standing in the way. I politely said excuse me with and attitude she said “come on out.” We stood outside while my oldest child and their dad restarted the game. As I stood outside waiting, she made the comment, I knew that was going to happen… making my daughter feel even worse. I would NOT recommend this establishment if she’s there.
