I loved Burlington before they changed location. Now the store is dirty! Put my daughter in a cart & she ended up getting gum stuck to her fingers. Customers spitting on the floor. & someone stole $100 out of my pocket while I was shopping. The staff do not know what they're doing. When you ask where something is, they point you in the wrong direction. When they ring out they don't take any alarms off of your items. Then, they're so dumb that when your item with the alarm still attached rings. Someone comes to the door & just rips it off. Mind you, the stickers over the alarms say that if you peel off the alarms they will make a loud sound. Now you are showing every theif how they can just peel off the alarms & rob you. I will NEVER shop at that Burlington EVER again! Its a shame too. Bc I used to only shop at Burlington for clothes for me & my family, for birthday gifts, home decor, EVERYTHING but groceries. But now? Nope! Never again!!! The customers in the store now are all savages & the employees arent...
Read moreBurlington used to be one of my favorite places to shop for clothes, accessories and household items when it was in Eynon. I needed a cocktail dress and finally tried their new location. The store is 80% clothes now, but the selection was terrible! The accessories selection was non existent. I found a dress but couldn't try it on because their fitting rooms were "temporarily closed". From reading other reviews, they've been closed for months! We had to try on clothes over our clothes in the aisle! Their boots had multiple antitheft tags on the zippers, making them impossible to unzip along with 2 cables keeping the shoes paired together. It was nearly impossible to try boots on or walk with your feet tied together. I get theft prevention, but they're also preventing sales! Sorry but I'm not gonna waste my time purchasing something just so I can go home to try it on, then have to drive back...
Read moreI spent an hour finding some really nice shirts and a beautiful red velvet dress! I was so excited to try them only to get back to the dressing room and find it closed!!đđ«. Why is this not stated on the door when you walk in? The pandemic is over and all stores now have open dressing rooms for months! . I immediately wanted to go to the counter and complain Instead everything went back on the rack the red velvet dress was $38. I also had 4 shirts I wanted to buy. What a shame! . This place is most likely going to go out of business, If they donât decide to open up the dressing rooms!! very disappointed, I went to TJ max but still wanted the velvet dress, however I live 25 miles away if it doesnât fit itâs a long drive to return! The three stars I gave were because the clothes were a good price and I had found some nice ones! Come on Burlington step it up and get over...
