Galleria Farms — Local services in Doral

I see there is not many comments here abt their loading . I guess mine gonna be one of the first ones . This place is very unprofessional ! Apt 10 am , checked in 9:40 been told load isn’t ready for another 2 hours . I was like okey . Been told I’ll get a call . Been 4 hours no call went to check up what’s going on they said another hour . Ok . Then another 3 hours wait , and nothing . Came back in to check they said door 6 after another truck pulls out of it , I was like ok . Truck been in a door another 2 hours I’ve parked to the door when he left . Guy comes up to me asking if I checked in I was like , are you serious ? I’ve checked in 9:40 am first one on your board list . He is like Denver ? I’m like ye . He is oooo okey and went back in to the warehouse . Then he comes out again asking for my license , gave him my license he is trying to find my name on that board list can’t find it cause I wrote it short , cause Americans can’t pronounce it ever , what I do all the time . Shower him that I was number 1 on the list showed him my phone number company name he is like ok And went back in . After that it’s been already another 2 hours wait they didn’t even start loading one pallet !!! Like is it normal ? Never coming back here to...

They import some of the freshest and beautiful blooms including new and exciting colors and varieties that are hard to find. They are fresh and long lasting. Their quality is AAA+++.
