If I could give this location a negative 5 STARS that would be the score here! I so happen to be in the area which I'm never and decided to stop in this plaza. I checked everywhere possible for the hours of operations not located anywhere for customers to see and literally had 30 minutes before closing which I had to walk in and ask when walking in because of this! I was immediately met not with a greeting but with the angry African black lady about their closing and 20 minutes but that was actually incorrect it was a full 30 and every 2-3 minutes went by she's screaming out loud like a crazy woman of the incorrect time that this location is closing, then after that the Hispanic lady is screaming on the intercom of their hours closing as if she didn't hear her co-worker every 2-3 minutes screaming out when this location is closing. When someone is acting like that which I'm quite sure this is often and nothing is being done, I'm quite sure this has been pointed out to a supervisor or management. You need to rethink your place of employment else if you don't like, want or hate dealing with customers in public and management should look into whom you have working on the weekends, evening and nights if this is what consumers are going to get when they're trying to spend money at your location. I most certainly will not be back and I will mostly certainly spread the news of this location to go not only to another DD's just go to another location people, to spend your money where you appreciate it!!!!! Look at the other review at this location too and it was so many people in line around 9:15-9:20pm, but then right at 9:29pm 1 minute till they close at 9:30pm a 2nd person jumps on the register when that person should have jumped on the register at least 19 minutes ago.......

I’m a 34 yrs old customer, w/ my 67 yr old mother who’s also a customer who got mistreated by a staff worker today. Manager later told me the staff worker’s name’s Cookie, who’s 71 years old (cause I told her my mom‘s 67). Cookie had loudly DISRESPECTED SHOUTED Embarrassed me in the midst of other customers while I simply browsed walked past a clothing bin. She was outrageously rude with her tone of voice yelling at me. How she treats customers with her attitude prob. Right after I took pictures of her act, she try to change saying she’s been in the military as reason why she Has to display rude unjust behavior towards customers by screaming demanding orders. Reverse slavery. (Acting like she wants to be put on spot cause of her military status, unknowingly later she’ll get suspended fired easily for her rude military behavior at DD’S Discount.) She also said she has a Greenbelt in kung fu, meaning she wants to fight and assault me at DD‘s discount!
She tried to apologize afterwards…. only because I told her I just took pictures of her outrageous verbal act with my phone.

Read moreIdk where to begin these store is always a mess you can never find nothing it’s never well stock and the lazy management is beyond ridiculous I can in for one item the line wasn’t long at all I stood in that line for 20mins with one item all because of a technical issue the young lady that was a cashier was trying her best to get the machine working she called her manager that was sitting his behind in the office instead of coming to the front to help her out he tried to help her over the phone what kinda management is that and it had other people working on the floor that could have help get the line down ..
