This location 1 zillion percent deserves one zillion negative Stars for starters! The hours of operation were on the door and I walked in around maybe 9:05 9:10 p.m., I used to do retail so I was looking for certain things and moving pretty quickly throughout the store. Shortly thereafter I think maybe one or two more people walked in and I do believe the supervisor manager that had long wavy hair with lots of tattoos and a peach shirt was literally blocking the door which was very odd because God forbid if there is an emergency you are preventing people from exiting your location! This is just amazing to me how people who work at an establishment treat customers when they're still time to shop in a timely manner and it was very obvious that I was moving quickly to get what I needed and get to the register and a timely manner. So as my items were ringing up I was questioning a few items to make sure I was getting the discount that was very advertised on what I grabbed. Lo and behold the two body suits that I got did not ring up at $7.99, but $9.99 because quote on quote they receive emails from corporate advising them to put sale and non-sale items on the same rack to get customers to buy! I immediately advised that doesn't make any sense because that's one zillion percent false advertisement and the same lady that was blocking the door earlier so that no more customers can come in to spend money at your establishment had a nasty attitude rebuddling that's basically just how it is and to deal with it instead of honoring the obvious advertisement of by two or more for $7.99 a piece, but I still had to pay regular price $9.99 for each bodysuits. I asked the same woman do you get other customers that ask you the same thing or mention that is false advertisement and she replies, "No" as if I'm just being absolutely absurd, but this Behavior and attitude is pass ridiculous and I will make sure to advise many others to NOT go to this location or other locations FOR...

I have never had any problems at this particular location up until today! Horrible customer service & it’s always a revolving door at this particular location. It’s a new face every time I come & when you ask about a previous employee they are quick to tell that that employee no longer works with the company. Very unprofessional and catty. I just left and tried to return two items with the receipt and tags still attached and was given an attitude from the older gentleman with the outdated plaid shirt & with the excessive jewelry that it was the strip on the machine that was not working, but then proceeded to say it was my card that was invalid and insisted that I get store credit. Which 1 is it? The machine or my card? His attitude was very nasty and unprofessional from the gate & he did NOT seem like he wanted to help fix the problem but instead just give me store credit! He was very rude and nasty and refused to give his name. He needs a new wardrobe and attitude. ASAP! So NASTY...
