Natalia greeted us with a smile as soon as we walked in. She was dressed so professional and the atmosphere of the store made us feel welcome. Looking back they were making sale price which was actually real price. If you look on reviews on there page or do ur research u will see Ashley’s has actually been sued quite a bit for this. I bought in feb. they told me it was top of line resisted stains well they were told I was in my recliner on a heating pad almost 19 to 20 hours a day could it resist. They swore it could even the manager it was the greatest newest material nothing could mess it up. Well a little yellow stain showed up I called for someone to fix took a month but my seat cover finally got here 2 months later I ask I why it hadn’t been repaired by this time heating pad had burned hole in it. They said work order showed completed so I had to place another bc no one had been here the guy had called at 430 one afternoon and ask to come between 8-11 the next morning I told him I had appt with wound care. Well he comes out to fix finally and said something was wrong with the mechanism he didn’t let recliners up and down all he did was glance at it and take pic of burn and say he would cover when he put mechanism in that was soposssed to take a few days took 3 weeks still no date when there coming to fix. Now I paid $2000 for a couch $2000 for a love seat and $1000 for a warranty. The warranty kicked in after Ashley’s one year. Joke. They have sent me the cover and mechanism and now tell me I willl have to pay to have seat covered. Or call guardian the warranty company well Ashley already paid for supplies. But guardian is sopossed to fix. Ashley is a joke I wouldn’t buy a throw pillow from them ever again. Read moreI have been a customer of Ashley for years I have NEVER had an issue like this. We went in Saturday to make changes to an order cooperate called within an hour to approved the changes. I was told to come back in Monday to get a new invoice on the corrections. I went in around 1130 went to customer service desk spoke to Briann she was unable to find my order the STORE MANAGER was sitting next to her got attitude with her because she was looking in wrong place. At this time I was unware she was the store manager it was straight attitude Ma'am what do you need? I explained to her about the changes and was told to come in for new invoice on charges. She replied well they haven't been made to your account. I told her cooperate had called Saturday to make changes she replied there not her. Briann told her she found the emails where thet made changes. Why didn't she look? She said well I will correct it asking me well what do you want to keep? I told her AGAIN the changes that we made. I asked her to look after she got thru to see if the system had updated new shipment day. I guess I hit a nerve she said I can't tell you that. I said well they just told me Saturday on dates on some of the stuff well we can't do that. I asked for her manager that's when I learned she was the STORE MANAGER (SHE IS FAR FROM MANAGER MATERIAL) I told her she has had an attitude since I walked in the door so now ya'll got the money you can't tell me when I will be getting my furniture? At this point I had enough and told her I wasn't spending my money were isn't wasn't appreciated that I wanted a REFUND then she started being all nice saying YES MA'AM saying she was sorry. I said it's too late to be nice now, do you see how much money your store just lost? Maybe this will save someone else from the hassle and stress - DO NOT BUY from Ashley’s furniture or have anything delivered by them. I have never experienced such AWFUL customer service, honestly it’s sickening. For such expensive, “high quality” furniture they claim to have, their customer service flushes them down the toilet. I had a bed set delivered over a week ago, that’s all kinds of messed up. Immediately after the delivery team left we got on the phone and we were brushed off like was not a big deal I couldn’t even use the furniture they just set up. Was told that we had to wait till early the following week for a different manager to call us. I was told that the mistake was on there ends that the pieces order for the bed frame were mismatched. I spoke to a manager Monday and we were told 1-3 weeks for delivery because they’re booked out, ABSOLUTELY NOT!! They said that there wasn’t a delivery in our area before then…. YETTT there wasn an Ashley’s truck ON OUR ROAD Thursday the 3rd.🤔 I have consistently been having reach out to them to get any details on our issue. (they haven’t taken the effort to reach out to us not once). Finally, they said can have it delivered … but it will be on the 9th between 6:30-9pm?! Seriously?! really not promising they’ll even show up at this point considering the awful service we have had.
